Checking in was easy and front desk workers were friendly. Our room was okay, my husband did find a pillow case with dried old blood on it. So I don’t think housekeeping really does a good job on cleanliness. We did order from a cafe it took 2 hours to get our food which was only a Cesar salad and wings. Also we couldn’t eat wings due to saltiness from lemon pepper.

Loud doors slamming, sink was plugged, parking wasnt the best. Maybe my last resort when looking for a hotel.

Our room was clean and staff were very nice. Downside, we were on the first floor and there was a lot of noise above us in the evenings. Convenient location to shopping and downtown.

We were located below a noisy family. Constant thumping , running for 2 hoursI called the room & politely asked if they could limit their noise. Mother explained they had just moved in & kids were getting settled. Next night same noise I called the desk & said I didn’t think we could continue our stay with the noise. Desk clerk listened & said she would call the room & explain 9pm was quiet time to them. Noises stopped & next night was fairly quiet now. The chairs for the the kitchen suites are very heavy & noisy when they’re dragged on the floor. Suggest placing some so they can slide instead of dragging & causing noise.

Breakfast was great! Our room was fantastic - met our needs perfectly. Staff member even called to see if we were getting settled in ok and to ask if we needed anything ! The only thing that could have made this 10/10 was if the pool was a little warmer - our grandkids 1, 3 and 6 - it was a bit too chilly for them; but the hot tub was great for the adults.

Hotel is in a nice neighborhood, it’s very clean, breakfast is good and hot and pool is enclosed and kept nicely. The employees are friendly and easy to approach. I used the room that came with a living room and kitchen. It was very comfortable and felt like a home away from home.

We stayed a total of three nights. Initially we we going to stay for only one night, but had a change of plans. To accommodate it, Marlissa(sp?) , who was at the front desk on Sunday morning, June 30, was ver patient and understanding of what we wanted. She even went so far as to move a person who was assigned to our room so we did not have to move our belongings. I think she deserves special recognition for her patience, consideration, and persistence to accommodate our wishes. We will definitely be back

The only bad thing is noise from upstairs kept us from falling asleep. Does not seem to have good sound proofing between the floors.

I did not feel it was okay to stick all the handicap parking around to the side of the building and give all the up close parking spaces at the front to diamond members. You have your handicapped parking spots WAY TO FAR from the entrance and are making it an extreme hardship on us clients who are disabled... I even asked to be able to park in one of the Diamond parking spots and the staff refused, even though I told them I could not walk far. You need to put some handicapped spots near the front door! And you charge now for parking when you have more than enough parking... You are discriminating against handicapped clients and making us feel we have no value if we are not a diamond member.. I have been an honors member for almost 30 years.. This is not way to treat your disabled clients.. Leisa St. John RN Disabled Senior client

Desk clerk at check in was confused. Charged us more to move from 1st floor to higher level. Curt, obviously new. Wasn’t courteous & couldn’t explain additional charge. Would have preferred if he said let me check with daytime manager to see if charge is correct. Other staff were very pleasant. Spouse got food poisoning from chicken wings at Bistro. Breakfast was very good.Clearly entire staff had changed from previous stay. Housekeeping is always excellent & friendly.

Very nice

It was extremely busy. We did not arrive until about 10 PM and as soon as I walked in, the lobby was packed full of college kids. I liked how their pool was 24 hours which I thought was super convenient and I was very much looking forward to it. However, the Pool is right next to the lobby so if you’re sitting in the lobby, you can clearly see the people in the pool through the windows. The swimming just became very awkward feeling like you’re on display .The main reason I booked this hotel was because of the pool And the gym was 24 hours . When we went into the gym it was so small. The pictures online make it seem really nice, when in reality it’s the size of a walk-in closet. It was kind of embarrassing . Our room took forever to get to. It seems like we had to walk forever just to get to our room. I wish there was an exit that was closer. It took a long time to get in and out of the hotel. I think I was down a really, really, really long hallway and as I walked, I Thought to myself I hope there isn’t some sort of emergency where I need to get out of the hotel because if there was, I am the furthest from the exit . We ended up being next to a room that had people who were coming home from the bar because at about 2:30 AM the door next to us kept opening and shutting knocking and then opening and shutting, yelling, opening and shutting constantly until about 4 AM . So I hardly got any sleep. My experience at this hotel was absolutely terrible.

We had a great time, excellent family place to stay at… we definitely would come back to it… it’d be our get away stay place from now on

Hotel was nice. Nothing really notable. They did charge me $10 for parking, which was an unpleasant surprise. This was not listed on the booking.

Non working elevator made for long hikes through hotel

Surprise $10 / night parking fee left me with a ripped off feeling. I could see that in a big city downtown, but this is a mall area. ‘Free’ breakfast included tasteless scrambled eggs that came from a box of powder. Staff was great, but Next visit to the area we’ll likely stay somewhere else.

The only thing I didnt like was the additional fee for parking. I’ve stayed here before and parking was included. Also, there was very little for anyone gluten intolerant to eat for breakfast. Overall, it was a good stay.
