The check in process took over an hour because they could not find the reservation from Hotels.com. Staff was rude and they told me it was easy as pie after an hour. I don’t agree with that. On top of it, the “comped” me a breakfast which I had already paid for in the reservation they could not find. Hotels.com did nothing but then proceeded to cancel my reservation and I had to get a walk in rate at this hotel. Rude and snappy staff.

Room was clean, well appointed and quiet even though the hotel was full. The toilet was self flushing cause the pump was leaking and the front desk sent maintenance to fix it within 10 minutes of my reporting it. It was replaced immediately and didn’t cause any issues again for the rest of the stay. The hotel restaurant was amazing also. Freshly cooked meals, not just heat and serve like at a lot of hotels. I highly recommend this location.

My Truck in the Hotel parking lot got Ant infested and when I went yo the front desk to complain about it the person who assisted me was like whatever and didn’t want to hear about it. I feel like there was not any customer service at all, I wasted a couple hours of my vacation cleaning my truck and also had to purchase Ant traps on top of paying for parking.

I had a 3 night stay. Hotel is clean, bed is comfortable and it was convenient I would recommend this hotel.

The room was surprisingly quiet for being so close to freeways. There was always some party going on in the hotel, but I was blissfully unaware in my room. The lady had computer trouble checking us in and so I was charged twice for the room. I also asked the front desk for towels, but they were never delivered. The conditioner was empty and when I asked housekeeping to refill it, they mistakenly brought us more lotion which I didn’t notice till I tried using it. The staff was very friendly and very generous with the cookies. The design of the elevators definitely leaves something to be desired - they are really far apart. They charge for parking, which is fine but kinda ridiculous considering the amount of open space all around the hotel.

There is absolutely nothing around this hotel. No restaurants or coffee shops. You are basically hostage in the hotel. It’s lovely and clean but it is basic. It’s modern with a lovely lobby but small, plain rooms. Terrible air conditioning. Not a Grand at all. Terrible signage, cannot tell where front door is. Concierge nonexistent. Stay elsewhere!!!!

We chose the option of getting the room serviced every other day and in the 6 nights that we stayed there we were only serviced once after complaining more than once about it. We never had the do not disturb sign up and we were out of the hotel for the majority of the days.
We did like that they had a shuttle service that we could use up to a 3 mile radius of the hotel.

This property needs to upgrade its plumbing. My stay was disturbed by the incessant banging of pies, most likely toilets. It was so loud it woke me up even with earplugs. The sound magnified around 5 am.

We stayed for 6 nights but our room was only serviced twice. I had asked the front desk if cleaning was every other day and was told yes only to find out later when two days passed without the room being cleaned that rooms are supposed to be cleaned every day. When I complained the staff was very apologetic and accommodating but it was still disappointing to find that our room was overlooked for cleaning 4 out of the 6 nights we were there.
