The room was perfect after a long days drive. Had a jacuzzi tub in the room. Staff was very professional and courteous. Highly recommended this hotel.

Definitely adequate for an overnight stay on the road (in Elko, NV). Friendly staff, spacious clean room with standard amenities and solid (free) breakfast, but worn carpet, torn curtains, out-of-order ice machines and drinking fountains...

The motel apparently has been under remodel for over a year. Did not know this until we pulled up to the motel. Should have read the reviews before booking. We booked this for the price and LAUNDRY services. The washing machine and dryer were ancient and there was only one of each for the whole motel. They did not work! Beds were comfortable but the walls and lightswitches were in need of a good scrubbing. Mold on the bathroom ceiling. We will not be staying here again and would not recommend to anyone. The place needs a good shutdown to get the place put back together. Im not into writing bad reviews but feel others should know what they are paying for. The staff was very friendly and professional.

Hard to find, street sign complete gone, needs repair, not quiet, lots of traffic in the hallways and key cards did not work on the side doors

Female friendly, meaning that a shower cap is a room amenity. Good move! This quiet, compact room is very well equipped with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker (even with tea). Beds quite comfortable. Front staff friendly. Very well run.

The room was cool and the front desk and breakfast ladies were kind. The property looked run down with strange characters in the parking lot.

This hotel is gross. They pass it as "under remodel." The outside of the building smells with garbage. The common areas need to desperately cleaned. The pool area - gross. All the glass is cracked, hot tub doesn't work, pool light plugged in but out of the pool just sitting there, a plaatic table covering the hole cover of the pool since theres no cover? Our room was dirty, dirty q tip on the floor, dated tv, fridge, shower didnt spray in one direction. Save $$$ dont stay here

Surrounding area was dirty and sketchy. Inside was questionable. Our sink faucet was super loose and fan in bathroom was extremely loud. This property needs a lot of work. Glad we were there only to sleep. The service desk people could also have been more helpful and nicer.

Honestly this place was really low par. The whole thing was under construction. I tried to use the restroom in the lobby and it doesn’t lock. Our curtains were torn apart. It was a nice bed and kind staff but the actual place was strange and the whole building had a weird smell, and was very stuffy and warm.

It’s was super bad! There were drunk ppl smoking in and outside!room had stains and tub/ shower gross! Door was being left open with a rock and multiple ppl came in who didn’t have cards. And an employee was just allowing it and was drunk on the job. Ppl wearing around the parking lot as well.

Where do I start . A/c didnt work frdge didnt work. Swimming pool has't been opened in three years. Some tore my bumper off during night kept telling me owner would look at security cams for three days . Never did so I called Sherrifs Still haven't haerd anything.

We were suppose to get 2 queen beds & they didn’t have any available. We ended up with a king bed & a hide a bed. The hide a bed didn’t have any bedding & was so uncomfortable.

The room was nice and comfortable. There was construction going on so we weren't sure they were taking guests when we first arrived.

Driving up to the hotel I thought it may be out of business. The exterior was mostly ripped off and there were sketchy looking guys hanging all around smoking. Everything in this place was broken and unkept. The TV only had one channel that wouldn’t change (my 8 year old daughter is not aloud to watch Southpark). The AC didn’t work. The pool was chipped all over. The shower was so slippery! We put the provided non-slip mat on the tub floor, it didn’t stick and my daughter slipped and fell. Overall we were really disappointed.

Room was excellent but one drawback was a shower head that blasted water not where it should have gone, and it sprayed out of the tub faucet as well.

Given the price I wasn’t expecting top of the line, just a basic clean room. Check in efficient though not very friendly. Condition of outside of hotel was not good. Large chunks of outside wall were missing. Up in room, at first glance it ok. The room was very warm and didn’t smell fresh. Couldn’t open window and air conditioner did not work. Went back to front desk and explained problem. She immediately said she could only refund our money (which takes several days). We left and had to find another hotel. Huge disappointment

The brick facade on this building is crumbling, the driveway has potholes and the luggage cart is falling apart. However, the staff was great, the breakfast was wonderful, the room clean. I would stay there again.

First was giant potholes in the entrance to the Hotel. Air/Heating dials were broken on the unit, and they had a thermostat on the wall that had no covering. Could not tell what the temperature was. Room was clean. Pool was like ice, hot tube jets were not in working order, cracked windows in the pool room, paint chipped off windows, rust all over and hot tub look dirty in the bottom. Staff was very nice. I left early in the morning, and you could see the potholes where wet. Outside building had a lot of issues. Working on repairing the building in the middle and could not use that entrance. Will not stay at this location next time.

While the Bed was comfortable the facility is in need of refurbishment. The carpet was clean but worn. The heating system could not be controlled by the wall thermostat and the temperature controls on the unit could not be adjusted so had to operate manually. There are better places for the cost of on nights stay here. We like the brand but were disappointed in this property. The staff however were wonderful.

A very convenient and comfortable inn. The facilities were very nice and the staff at the front desk was extremely pleasant and informative.
