The hotel was awesome, very clean and the bed very comfortable. The front desk attendant, very polite and helpful. It was very easy to check in and we loved the breakfast. The staff was very polite. Our only problem was that the people in the room next to us, kept slamming the door all night. Going in n out and being noisy.

Nice place. But the fee for one dog was $75. I don’t call that pet friendly. I call it punishment for having a pet. Also a roomful of drunks came back at 2 am across the hall. Cookies were good and the room was nice.

The hotel was very clean buffet. Breakfast was amazing and they allowed me to have a late check out.

This is a very old building.my room on 1st floor much needed new paint.there were stains in sink and bathtub was pretty dirty .so much that I would not shower in it.A.C. struggled to work .the mini fridge felt really warm like it was not cooling at all.drinks were warm around 60 '.and the coffee was so weak you could see thru it.the next morning maid opened door wanting to start to clean my room at 10 am.still had hour left.I am accustomed to Hampton standards being a lot higher than this.exspecially for the price
I will never return to this Hampton.

Attendant was very unprofessional. She also gave me a room that was already occupied by someone. And when she went to check the room she didn’t announce herself as staff, just tried walking in, and was rude to whoever was in there

Didn’t like the area the property is located. Also the bathroom appeared to need updating. The room itself was fine and the breakfast was good. The staff were all very friendly and helpful!

Hotel was a little difficult to get to … check in was easy room was clean…maintenance cart was left in room and had to exchange an iron 3 times..but issues were taken care of quickly..although hidden near the interstate, the area was very quiet and hotel quiet…

The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and went out of their way to meet my needs as a disabled person. Will only stay here in Albuquerque.

The lady when I checked in last night was super friendly and very professional, OUTSTANDING! The room was very clean and nice, the only issue is the drain in the tub/shower needs to be snaked as the water fills in the tub during the shower and is very slow to drain. Other than that all is very good and my stay here has been exceptional.

All employees were very friendly and courteous. The room was not super quiet but not bad. They had a water leak in the hallway that did not appear to being repaired. Overall pretty decent place to stay.

Everything was good. Just too many homeless near the property and pool gate was never closed. We dont know who goes in there during the time its open.

It is in dire need of remodeling. Poor lighting, needs to be cleaned, old mattresses. Broken shade on the window. This is not up to the Hampton standards.

The elevator broke down and I was given a 4th floor room my bags were supee heavy and witg no help I had to go up the stairs

Arrived late, was greeted promptly. Front desk was very kind and efficient. Manager greeted my husband in elevator and was helpful, friendly.
