Check in was quick, room was nice, couple of minor things wrong with the room but not bad enough for me not to return. Overall, good stay.

The hotel was not in the location that I wanted. I was looking for a hotel in Tifton and I was showed this hotel in Albany 40 miles away.

Was worried when I pulled in the building was very run down the pool had been drained and the office area had no ac. Once we got checked in to our room I was pleasantly surprised. I booked a double room and ended up with a single king but it was okay. The room was clean linens fresh and no bugs in sight.

I've enjoyed my time at Relax Inn. The staff were always nice and accommodating. I felt the room was clean, comfortable and quiet which is important as a night shift ER nurse who sleeps during the day. There are plenty of restaurants nearby.

I come in to Albany for work and it has been nice being able to have a quiet, affordable and clean place to stay. The staff have always been really nice and accommodating as I work at night and really appreciate being able to get in to a room as soon as possible to get a few more hours of sleep after driving in to town. Thank you!

I have stayed here quite a few times already for my job. The quality of the room for the price is difficult to beat. The bed is comfortable and clean with noticeably clean linen. I've seen rooms in other places with obvious signs that the beds were not freshly made. The shower has a good amount of water pressure which isn't always true in many places. The staff has always been nice and flexible.

I enjoyed my nice quiet stay here! It is a quite affordable place to stay with a nice room! There are a few places to eat and shop near by.

Cheap hotel so cant expect much, but its in pretty bad shape. And i booked a non smoking room but got a room that reeked of cigarettes and had an ash tray in it so that pissed me off.

The room was filthy and in terrible disrepair. The ONLY reason we did not ask for a refund and leave without spending the night was that there were very limited availabilities in the area due to the Sunbelt Ag Expo being in town and we were so exhausted that driving further would have been unsafe. Things were broken, in very neglected condition and just plain filthy! Holes in the Sheetrock had been crudely patched and with no attempt at even painting them and mildew on the walls. The carpet was nasty. You couldn’t adjust the temperature of the heat to a comfortable level so we about roasted. The only clean thing seemed to be the bed sheets and the shower did at least work. Really bad run down motel!

Staff were very courteous, room in great shape, nice and quiet location. Mr. Patel runs a tight ship. Ask to see his phone toss to a staff member on the upstairs balcony.

Still my preferred place to stay when in Albany but the place really shows it's age. Definitely time for paint and maintenance.

The refrigerator was rusted,the heater DID NOT work it was below 40 degree...I had to use both sheets from both beds because it’s was soooooo cold. This hotel needs to be closed. I could’ve stayed on the streets if I wanted to be cold.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times for the past 13 weeks. The beds are comfortable and the property is very quiet. I will definitely stay again!!

I have stayed here several times over the last 5 years and never had a problem. The property is showing its age and could use a facelift. But still a bargain price and nice rooms.

The room was nasty pee stains on the sheets food under the vanity other peoples hair on the towels your feet stuck to the floors as if they haven’t been cleaned the pillows were very used and flat hotels.com gave it a good star rating but once we checked in and looked at there website they had a one star rating I do not recommend staying at Relax inn ever

We left after walking into the building. We didn't even stay. Took one look at it and left. Mold on the walls, doors that half lock, Broken shower. Smelly rooms

No smoking room was good and A/C maintained a good inside temperature with 90's outside. Very quite. Well-lit outside parking area. Clean. Comfortable bed. Close to popular fast food and local restaurants.

Good inexpensive hotel. Staff was responsive. Not a hotel problem but there was no phone service for T-Mobile.

Relax Inn is great for short stays 1-2 days they don't serve Breakfast. The Owner is always available. The Housekeeping Staff Courteous.

IT WAS GOOD JUST NEEDS TO GET BETTER BEDS. OVER ALL EVERYTHING WAS GOOD CLOSE TO SHOPPING AREAS.
