Overall, the stay was average. The black man at the front desk was very rude as if he had an attitude when I asked if any more rooms was available with a balcony. The young lady that I spoke with earlier that day, I think her name was Leslie. She was very nice and sweet, unfortunately she was not the person that greeted me. I would stay in this hotel again because it is in a great very safe location and it is close to a lot of things.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Not too big of a hotel, the workers were very friendly. The only think that i did not appreciate was the fact that NOBODY cleaned our room the entire 4 days ….. i even went to the front desk,they said it would be cleaned …. came back from the football game, and it was still in the same condition as before.

We've stayed here many times in the last 2 years and consistently receive friendly, professional service. At this time the hotel is being renovated so will be a much nicer property soon.

Room was very nice but it was a bit noisy there. They are moving in new furnishings. I was disappointed in the lack of breakfast but there are a lot of paid options nearby. Bathroom sink ran at a trickle though.

Lots of confusion from Hotels.com concerning exact location of property, as there are 3 Sonesta properties within about 5 miles and Hotels.com had me listed at all 3 at 1 point in time.

Front desk were very friendly, hotel being remodeled couldn’t offer breakfast, starting with the room was clean and the hall ways were clean, it feels nice having to stay i a nice hotel when your being away from home

Came into town for a Stars game. Easy to get to. Our room wasn’t ready when we got there and I explained we were trying to get to the game and the front desk made our room happen. Very happy because we changed and freshened up and was back out the door in no time.

They were in the middle of a renovation, so there was no breakfast available. Otherwise we were very happy with the property.

The room was not cleaned the following day after check in. I was told by the front desk that they only clean every three days unless requested. I was only there for 3 days. So requested it to be clean the next day. Came back that afternoon, room not cleaned, no cups for coffee no towels no nothing. That morning they had a coffee bar set up in the lobby but was never opened or used the full three days I was there. Are room was put right next to a stairwell that we could hear every person who used it their foot stomps and conversation. will not be staying there ever again

Overall good stay, but the restaurant was closed, so there was no opportunity to eat at the hotel. The front reception can do a better job with having water and snack for customers checking in.

Stay was horrible ! 7 hour drive from Corpus Christi expecting to relax and watch some tv ! No tv availability due to no signal , toilet wouldn’t flush ! Then the next morning at 745 am couldn’t Even sleep in due to construction on 4th floor! Horrible stay !!

I was a late arrival and I was put in the Sonesta ES (Extra Special? lol") which is really lovely BUT i had to pay $150 for my dog!!!! The other Sonestas only charge $75 - I was told it's because they're a franchise - i told the receptionist to let the owner know I won't be recommending or going to Sonestas anymore. If there is no consistency of policies - why stay??? I have to guess or call each one to see what they charge??? No thank you. Bad business strategey.

Hotel was clean and in good shape. Bed was uncomfortable to me. Small tv and bathroom. Like the shower ,the soap they provide in the shower seem to be some cheap stuff but thats ok. Front desk lady was super friendly. They charge a $100 deposit, which is kinda crazy high.They have a starbuck for the mornings. They are about to remodeled the hotel.

First time staying in a hotel in years and this was a great experience. Staff was friendly to me and my so. And I locked myself out by accident and wasn’t charged for another card. The place was clean, the only thing was the tv was small but I know they are upgrading everything soon
