Overall The Stay Was Nice , Check In Was Hectic Do To System Shut Down Which Made The Check Process Not So Pleasant But The Employees Where Wonderful!!!

Balcony door very hard to open (stuck) water in sink and shower drain very slow had a stale smell. Carpets always felt wet no microwave in room like it showed and stated

This is another property that initially assigns you to the worst room in the hotel, off the lobby, next to the exercise room, sliding doors that open into a public courtyard—with lobby music. We were moved to a regular room on the 6th floor. The front desk acted surprised that were unhappy with Room 130.

According to my booking receipt. My breakfast was included for 2. I had to pay for my breakfast because the front desk person said it wasnt showing that it was prepaid. Im trying to contact EXPEDIA and there seems to be no option for this on the call contact number. How can we resolve this issue???

Internet services and computer systems were down when we checked in and the staff really hustled to get us into our rooms. My final bill had an incorrect bar charge and it took two calls to get it removed. Thankful it was. Staff was always responsive and helpful.

The hotel served our purpose. We were in town for our daughter's graduation and the hotel was literally around the corner from where she lived. It made the weekend wickedly easy.

The staff was what made this stay great. Especially Tanya at the bar. She made everyone feel welcome. I stayed two nights and both nights I had a drink and food at the bar and she knew everyone. She was kind attentive and it felt like cheers!!!

This was a perfect location for our trip into New Orleans. Close to family and easy access to all the places we were going to. Staff did an amazing job getting everyone checked in even though there were problems that were beyond their control. Romm was very comfortable and nice & clean.
