Great place near shopping center. It is an old structure but it was clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful!! Also we enjoyed our breakfast!

We had two rooms, one for us and one for my in-laws. We had a wonderful time. Very convenient to walk to restaurants and shopping. Easy to use Uber. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was hot and good. Everything was fairly clean. One odd part was that the tower part is now retirement living. But it was never an issue and the place was pretty quiet.

Last minute business trip and not many rooms available in the New Orleans area for a reasonable price. Comfort Inn was rated high however upon arriving realized that it was a dated hotel. Had to move rooms because flooding in shower, television not working, poor room service and dated space... Unfortunately I wouldnt stay again. The positive was staff was nice and accomodating

Stayed here for Halloween night as it was very affordable. For the price difference we could have taken about 5 ubers to and back from downtown, which is only a 15-20 min drive.
Quiet location, free parking. Didnt wake up in time for breakfast, but its free. We were checked in by Dawn who was very friendly and welcoming.

Service was ok until I saw Dawn put my credit card on her mouth and then in her hair. She is either new because the check in time took awhile. I could not get a printed receipt because I went through Expedia. When ask to switch rooms because I was near an exit, it was a dry no. I left clothes in closet and when I returned, the afternoon clerk was rude. This was after I had checked out of hotel. I didn’t get his name-he was Asian. Don’t think I’ll be staying there again.

The room was nice and clean. Whenever we asked for extras like towels or blankets, the hotel staff was very quick and accommodating. My only issue is the placement of the ac unit directly next to the bed. There was constantly cold air blowing in my face as i was sleeping. It was very annoying and woke me up throughout the night. That is honestly the only issue i had. Of the breakfast was not all that great either. The hotel is connected to a senior living apartment so it is very quiet and homey. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I would absolutely recommend this hotel the staff was wonderful Ms. Dawn was really helpful when we checked in and throughout our stay. They have hot breakfast everyday this will be my choice hotel the next time we're in New Orleans.

The room was infested with cockroaches. I was on the 6th floor so I assume the entire hotel is infested. I actually had to stay one night after getting in late and flying all day. They refunded my entire payment

The gentleman that signed us in was wonderful. Room was nice, but the bathroom had grime and gross stuff on walls and door...stuff that the cleaning staff should gave cleaned.
Breakfast was nice but the two weekday staff members were too busy on their cell phones to refill waffle mix or bacon. The lady on the weekend was amazing...she wasn't busy on her cell phone and was tenative to all of the guests..
Irs sad but the staff can make or break a place.. nice place for the price, but cleaning staff needs to clean a lil better. Front desk staff was great and helpful

Our stay was wonderful. The staff that greeted us late in the evening understood we just wanted to get to our room and sleep. We were helping move from NOLA to Cincinnati so they accommodated our moving truck for a few nights. The outside Terrance was wonderful in the evenings because of the nice breeze. I would definitely stay again.

A bench coach is placed in the middle of the room. I walked into it at night. It was a painful experience for my toe nails.

Our stay was very nice! Nice clean, comfortable, and spacious room with a microwave and mini refrigerator. The location felt safe and was not far from the I10 which made it convenient. The staff was very kind as were the tenants of the retirement living section of the building. I would definitely stay there again.

I had a really good stay during my birthday weekend. The staff were all so nice!!! The breakfast was good. I had no complaints. Lots of places to go eat at near the area. The mall is walking distance. The parking garage had security walking around. There is Club Sensation across the street with nice vibes, another club on the side where the entrance to the parking garage is. It looked pretty was too tired to go to it tho. It's a Latino club from the facebook page. A Wholefoods on the same block. It's like a 10 to 15 minute drive to New Orleans. I will be back.

My family of 5 was there for one night, just to catch an early flight out of MSY. We arrived pretty late, lady checked us in and we went straight to the room. I didn't notice anything too much much because it was late, we were tired and had to wake up at 3am for a flight. For the rate we paid, I guess the hotel was decent. The hotel was off a busy road and the parking are was kind of dark. When you traveling with little kids and coming in late, you notice these things. Overall, hotel was older but not bad.
