I would say the Hotel was average given the 4 Star rating. This is a functional hotel next to a metro and rooms are ok. Beds very comfortable and space was good. Bathrooms very small.

Was good. Quiet in rooms but got a bit hot and couldn’t figure out how to regulate the heating so just opened doors onto the balcony which helped but opening them meant lots of noise from street traffic. Generally was clean and very cosy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location absolutely great for getting into Paris by metro. I’d recommend.

We stayed here in a one bedroom apartment with our two children (13 and 11) over the Easter weekend. The sofa bed was super and plenty big enough for the two of them. The entire apartment was perfect for the weekend with everything we needed and so close to the metro that it was incredibly easy to get into the city centre for all the sights. They only serve breakfast but there are a few places nearby where you can eat - the main La Défense area is only one stop away on the metro or a 19 mins walk away and has great shopping and so many places to eat. I’d happily recommend and we definitely stay there again.

Reaching the property by car is hard as there's a lot of small roads. Better park at the nearby ibis or Novotel and walk up the ramp to the hotel entrance, which is in a dead-end street.

Short distance from metro station, good size of the room. Place is quiet, but ventilation is such that neighbor's kitchen cooking odors spread rather far (perhaps guests need to be educated on the hood usage). Kitchen somewhat undersupplied (only one rather small pot, pan, few kitchen utensils, microwave instead of real oven/micro combo, tiny dishwasher, very small counter).
A few small irritations that bothered me throughout were sharp edges on door handles and cabinets, poorly designed shower curtain, hard closing of all doors (closets, fridge, cabinets, entry doors) making a lot of noise, which was not well insulated. AC system never really worked the way it was programmed (temperature was always higher than that set by the user by couple of degrees), but I was lucky that the overall outside temperature was not too high, so didn't feel that much of discomfort. Not sure how it would feel in a heat wave.
Overall good option for a single traveler longer stay (e.g. week), but a few rough edges in the actual experience.

The personal were extremely kind and helpful, my apartment was clean and quiet and also with a lot of space, great for cooking. The hotel has washing and drying machines and free coffee!

This hotel is near the Metro....you can hop off the metro and walk for about 5 minutes to the hotel. The rooms are clean have all amenities and appear to be new.There were 5 of us ( a family) so we got an apartment and a studio, next to each. This is a great place if you are staying for a while because it has a full kitchen. The toilet being separate from the bath was a nice feature. The staff were very nice and gave me extra blankets as requested. The only issue is there was no complimentary coffee or tea in room, like American hotels. However, there is a convenience store about a 2 minutes walk where you can probably buy some.

Very clean and modern apartment. Bathroom was really small but wasn’t a problem for us. Beds were very comfortable and bedding was spotlessly clean & good quality. Staff were very helpful and friendly. It is a little tired looking outside the building but nothing that would stop me booking again. Really close to a metro station for travelling to central Paris which was only under 10 mins away. Some nice lively bars & restaurants nearby. Would happily recommend this accommodation.

The stay was absolutely fine. My only complaint was the loud wind noise outside the room. Our daughter was terrified of the noise. I would just ask not to have an outside room with a small child under 10 if they are not used to loud gusts of wind. We stayed 3 nights.

The hotel is perfect for a family to stay few days in Paris. great location, Very safe and just some steps from metro station which leads straight to some of the attraction of Paris. Also is very easy to reach the train to Disneyland. Polite staff and the room was clean and had a perfect view from the balcony. Value for money.

Me and my partner stayed for 4 night,we had a brilliant experience, the only bad thing about it was on the showeres it had a big lump of hairs. But apart from that it was very comfortable stay and very nice staff
