Beautiful property that is extremely clean and well appointed with beautiful furnishings. The only thing I would change is the bed pillows. They were feather/down and flat and terribly unsupportive. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this property.

We had a beautiful room for our wedding night. The only downside was that the TV said "room 202" but we were in Room 902, so it was a bit confusing, but worked eventually.

We had reservations for dinner and were a large party of 10, but they were not prepared and everything took 30 min or more to get. Breakfast this morning took an hour! Some people opted out because there wasn’t time. We had no coffee cups or body lotion in our room.

One of the cutest most comfortable hotels I have ever stayed in. Service was great, the room was beautifully decorated. My only complaint would be that my room 907 was hot even when the thermostat was set at 70.

For the price of the room I would have expected more things to be included, like the mini bar and room service. All of that is extra, and it’s not 24 hour room service, that’s a lie.

Very cozy, easy to find/get to, and lots of meal options. Only recommendation is there's got to be a better way than "Beyond TV" service. FYI, can't watch your streaming apps unless you want to cast & stream from your phone, that's if you're one of the few w streaming apps on your phone. I do have apps on my laptop but I don't always bring it with me. Nonetheless, minor detail.
Overall, the staff was great and we'd stay again if we're in Tulsa for any time soon.

This is absolutely where one wants to stay in Tulsa; absolutely delightful as long as price is not a big concern. Treat yourself or go to the standard venues and be underwelmed. Great place. Great service. Perfect location.

The Ambassador never disappoints. Large, updated rooms with a great bar and dining experience downstairs. We came for a staycation when a new years getaway was cancelled and never left until checkout.

The hotel is fabulous however, we ran into a bit of trouble. We booked online for a king suite and when we checked in they said they only had a double queen, our tv remote didn’t work (IT helped solve the issue), and the ac was broken and they didn’t forewarn us. it was a stifling 83 degrees.
the night time service was phenomenal. their hospitality made sweating and being miserable almost okay. We will be back bc they made us feel so much better and took care Of us. They brought fans or we couldn’t have stayed as well as several other nice gestures. Thank you Tyler!!

The property’s air conditioning in all rooms broke and the rooms were a very uncomfortable temperature. Things happen, but the staff kept promising it would be fixed within a couple hours. It was never fixed and I would have changed hotels if they were honest about the situation.
The hotel is old and needs some major updates. Quite disappointed for a “4 star” autograph collection hotel.

This is a Marriott property with Fairfield level amenities, at JW Marriott prices. On the positive side there is easy free parking behind the hotel, the staff was friendly, and there is a shuttle on demand to take you to nearby places. On the negative side, there are few amenities, the hotel is dated and is in the midst of a renovation, and many things advertised on the website are not available. The hotel has a worn feel to it, the carpeting in the halls and my room was worn and dirty. A sign announced that I had a swanky room, but it wasn’t. Dark paint, dark gray wallpaper, Regular furnishings, a typical hotel shower cubicle. The website says whirlpools in the room, mine didn’t. The website says happy hour at their bar, there wasn’t. The bar was a dingy place in the basement, I went their and tripped over rolled up carpet and left. Fortunately the staff recommended great local restaurants and took me there in a shuttle. I don’t understand the great reviews on this place.

This was the worst customer service i ever received and i will be suing for discrimination and emotional de stress! I missed 4 days a sleep and i wanted to rest. I left my wallet at the smoke shop & they refused to help me after writing a letter because i had no voice! I will be the new owner once I’m done 😎

Great big hotel room, staff very friendly and helpful. Free shuttle to any place within 3 miles of hotel and quick call to hotel to be picked up later on. In moring staff gave us information for our route 66 trip and free bottles of water
