Amazing place with an real outstanding view. Besides, all employees were very helpful all the time we needed.

There is only only one thing that I didn't find to be acceptable: I am an early-riser and have a cup of coffee when I'm at home each morning while I go through my emails, etc. (not a caffeine freak--just love the warm cup each morning). I made coffee in my hotel room each morning before the dining room opened, and enjoyed sitting on my balcony watching the workers very meticulously clean the pool and grounds area. When the coffee pods/sugar packets ran out, the maid said she couldn't give me any more because they only re-stock them every nine days. I was tryng to understand her Spanish, so she may have meant every 7 days.They also didn't supply creamer, powdered or otherwise. I didn't use any of the in-room alcohol, so I was a "cheap date". I had only one cup of coffee a day, so I didn't use the packets exessively...just one a day. For the price I paid to stay there, I would think they would keep the coffee supplied. I am sure there were other visitors who never touched the in-room coffee, so I know they weren't in short supply.

Great experience overall, very kind staff at buffet and Italian restaurant. However there were some issues that disappointed us: 1. We have booked a room with Ocean view. However when checked in, a room with no view was asigned to us. We complained about it, they moved us to another room next day, however brought us lot of trouble as we needed to spend one night in one room and then move, which means unpack and then pack all of our stuff again. Besides all of that, we needed to left room at noon and new room would only be available at 4pm. I definitely dont agree with this policy, as it was not our mistake. 2. Cleaning on second room wasnt very good, we found hairs in the bathroom sink, which didnt give us a good impression. 3. There was a courtain on the shower part, but it seems just to be a temporary solutions as there was partial glass there. 4. We have faced a terrible experience at the Steak House, two different hostess were very rude to us because we didnt know how it worked. Lots of tables available, however they insisted only keeping half of it occupied. For me it doesnt make any sense and even if it does, I really believe there's a polible way to say it. The woman hostess at Sep. 18th even asked me: dont me speak spanish? When I sai "a litlle bit" she said: that's why you're not understanding how it works. First of all I didnt know that speaking spanish was mandatory to be there. Very unpolite and made a terrible experience for us.

Horrible experience all around. Would not recommend this property to anyone, especially if traveling with a family. Dirty, no amenities, food with bugs and flies, and full of drunk people.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was amazing but had concerns about cleanliness. I noticed that silverware was placed on tables and several restaurant staff did not change the silverware out when cleaning the tables if it appeared that it was unused.

From the staff who cleaned every square inch to the servers to the greeters to the pool staff they were so courteous and helpful. Oh don’t forget those crazy ‘entertainers’ out by the pool that made everyday hilarious with the games and music and their antics and learning your name! Just fantastic! You are all top notch!

The beach is amazing in the property! No waves at the time we were there. The rooms are a bit outdated and smelled, however, when we requested assistance, a maintenance person came by the room and changed the filter which helped some. The food is really good at the Buffet. We only tried the Japanese restaurant which was pretty good. Tried to go to the steakhouse but the waits are insane! the food at the buffet was great so we went there instead. The hotel should try to work a better system with the restaurants. The entraining team really tries to get things going by the pool during the day. Entertainment at night time is not great... pretty boring I would say. The people that work here are all professional and very nice. We had a great time but do recommend improvement with reservation system with restaurants and working on the smell of the rooms.
