The service was perfect the bar was fantastic. It was so cold in the lobby you could see your breath. The rooms were also cold.

The staff were friendly; we particularly enjoyed the breakfast server. She was attentive, jovial and managed to somehow serve everyone all by herself. Because we were working remotely and spent some time in the lobby working, we had the rare joy to see the supervisors work with the staff and they used incredible best practices. The room was quiet, and dark. The bed was comfortable. The room was a tiny bit too small for morning yoga but we got it done.

Went the first 24 hours without any heat in the room. Was promised a refund for that day, didn’t receive.

The room was cold because heating did not work. After a couple of attempts, they changed the room, but the second room was still not warm enough, The bathroom was cold all the time.

The young lady that checked me in was amazing! I wish I checked her name. I checked in around 9:30pm on Friday, Nov 22nd. Please tell her “Good job!” Only disappoint I experienced was that the bottled water $2.00 each. If you are going to charge for something so basic, make it $1.00. Crappy way to make money.

Clean and Cozy near airport/ mall. 1 night stay with family. Uncovered Parking in front of the hotel is handled by a separate company.

Outside was papers from Burger King and cups laying all over. Curbs were full of dead leaves and looks like they haven’t been swept all summer. Also, they charge for everything. I went down in the morning when I got there from my flight. I asked if I could get a piece of toast and she told me it would be $3.25 for one piece of toast. This morning, I asked, when I came in from taking my suitcases to my car if I could get a cup of coffee from the thermos. The lady said no because they would have to charge me for it but I could go back up to my room and make some which is just ridiculous. It’s convenient area to stay close to The airport, but they dollar nickel you for everything. Soda $4.50 for a can of soda - Ridiculous!
Couple of the employees great - they need to be taught social skills.

Great hotel. Very friendly staff! Clean and quiet. Decently priced. Not super great area around it. But just fine if driving, Uber-ing or taking a shuttle. I would stay here again no problem.

I have meds that need to stay refrigerated. They do have refrigerators in the rooms, but they do not have a freezer. So I asked the front desk to put my freezer bags in their freezer for my travel med bag, they refused. TSA throws the bags away if they are not frozen. So traveling without meds!

Our check-in with Esther was quick and personable. She made us feel welcomed and that she would be available for service later on if everything wasn't satisfactory. Everything about our room was excellent altho we don't really like the squishy pillows. Otherwise A-plus.

We had a nice stay. Convenient location with walking distance to the mall. Staff at check-in was very friendly. Parking and breakfast was not included but decent price.

The lobby and room looked nice and clean. Bed was very comfortable. The shower barely worked though, no water pressure. Only 1 usb outlet worked in the room.

I almost missed my flight! I left a wakeup call for 5:15 AM and a reservation for the airport bus for 6:00 AM. I didn't get a call. Fortunately, I woke up on my own. The front desk apologized and said the person checking me in probably didn't know how to operate the system! I wasn't offered any recompense. Should have at least been offered a free muffin to eat on the bus. Saw that the cost of breakfast ws $8.95 + tax. Outrageious...

Litter on patio floor - cigarette butts, paper, etc. However, front desk staff, bar tender and wait staff, especially waitress Liz, were courteous, efficient, friendly and engaging.

Our stay was very nice. Reception desk staff could not have been more professional or friendly. The shuttle to MOA was very convenient. Great stay all around.

I booked this hotel specifically because it had an airport shuttle. But when I arrived and called for the shuttle, they ended up having me wait more than 45 minutes to get picked up (for a 10 minute drive). I just paid for my own Uber. The staff during this experience were unhelpful and one of them was actually rude. I wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel.

Staff is amazing. Extremely friendly. Very accommodating when I booked wrong day. The room we got had issues with the toilet. It ran loudly all night long. The tub was so extremely slippery that my boyfriend fell getting in, and had to be helped out. The faucet dial had an issue and vibrated and made a loud sound (like a squeal) when running.

The shuttle! I waited an hour at the airport with 2 other passengers even we all called twice. Going to the airport I was 15 minutes early along with another couple who wanted to go early and the driver would have taken us was told since we were early he couldn’t take us and had to wait for the next driver to take us!

The staff were very helpful. We decided to return our rental car after arrival at the hotel so that we would not have to deal with it at 4:30am. We made the decision based on the excellent shuttle service at the hotel. We also did not to deal with the pay-by-phone approach to parking at the hotel. We had a bad experience with the scan and pay for parking requirement at a site earlier in the day.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Shout out for Todd the shuttle driver. He did a couple of extra stops for us that were above and beyond.
Housekeeping missed a cup on the bathroom floor behind the trash can. The bathroom ceiling could use some attention.
Other than that the room and facilities were comfortable and adequate for our needs.

Rather underwhelmed by our stay. Clean and safe, but overpriced for service and quality. Continental breakfast is $9 rather than complimentary. Hotel wifi is paid or Hilton Honors required (which we have), but even then it was so poor we just used our cell service. Pool is small and no spa; fitness center is small as well. Location is what you pay for and what you get—but there’re many other options. We won’t be back.
