Well positioned hotel, large comfortable room, good breakfast. Undergoing refurbishment impacting main entrance and unfortunately pool and surrounds not open which impacts enjoyment of hotel as there is nowhere outside to sit

An older property that is being renovated. Our room had a brand new bathroom. The location on the beach with lots of cafes and bars is great

Great location right on the beach with magnificent sunset views every night. Restaurant food is delicious. Rooms are very comfortable with good King bed, large walk in shower, plenty of bench space in the bathroom and large bath towels.

The views are killer, which still makes it the best hotel in Perth! But the property does need a refresh, inside and out.

We only stayed one night, but the staff were lovely they gave our daughter a little competition which she loved. The room was clean and bed well made. We did the city to surf and they gave us a late checkout so we could come back have breakfast and shower. Breakfast was delicious.
Again the staff where lovely I hope this gets back to them somehow they probably don’t get told that enough

Great location. Staff excellent nothing was too much trouble. Easy walk to restaurants and beach.

Great location but old rooms with very limited and random cleaning service. I never had water bottles replenished, sometimes my room wouldn't even be cleaned before 6pm, trashes were not removed and the room not cleaned, only the bed was done, I didn't benefit from an upgrade and bottle of wine offered by my status. Swimming pool was closed. Disappointing experience.

Great location with fantastic views. Best to enter from the beach side of the Hotel as the other side has many stairs and a non functioning lift. Reno works were started and only effected the astetics not the function. Staff were friendly and helpful. Dining space had a great view of the
Coast with the usual buffet breakfast. Best to visit a cafe nearby called Cleopatras for the most amazing house made hash brown.

Its been around for some time so no complains about exterior condition however it is undergoing renovations to freshen up which is wonderful on the inside.
Room w balcony overlooking Indian Ocean breathing sea breeze & hearing the waves hit the shores was such a great escape to nature from buzzing city.
Deeply appreciate hotel for complimentary bottle of white wine & cheese platter waiting for us upon entering our room. Memorable time spent with my wife & son for the splendid experience this hotel & its beautiful ocean gave us

Family night- plenty of food and drink. Great service with friendly staff. Lovely breakfast with plenty of choices. Good parking and easy access. Pool closed for renovations (but it is the middle of winter).

Very old hotel big rooms but the lighting could be better. Great balcony and view of the coast. Reception well staffed but check in is cumbersome. The dining room was very good with reasonable menu of good food and good wine list. Staff were excellent. Parking was easy.

Since it is part of a hotel chain it has improved over the years, it is being maintained and still a lovely getaway even for locals.

The property was great except for the mattress on the bed, it was rock hard so sleep was hard to obtain with such a hard mattress, also only 1 fash washer for 2 people, i would prefer 2 as i dont want to share a face washer. Everything else was great, will stay again on next visit to scarborough

Very convenient to everything you need. Food, beach shopping. Rooms are big and the views were amazing. Room service was fast and the steak exceeded expectations. Will be returning

Staff at both check in and check out were pleasant and professional.
The room was both clean and pleasant.
The view is sensational.
My only gripe is that I was invoiced for a chocolate bar from the mini bar which we did not take. An email regarding this has been ignored.
The cost of the chocolate is really of no consequence, but a reply email surely is not to much to ask for.
