It’s was a new ce hotel for the price

Very mediocre place to stay for a week. It was at least quiet. No breakfast or anything. No pool.

Staff was A

I liked that there is different options to it wether is to sit in or take out. There is a Walmart Super Center close by.over all it very convenient for travelers

Not really having fun

Check in in was great. Property is as expected since I have stayed here before.

It was good, 1 night stay. I was on the 2nd floor and the people above me sounded like they were jumping on the bed then off onto the floor. That was not an easy thing to sleep through

Honest hard working staff. They're always polite and cleaning something.

For a budget hotel, I got exactly what I expected. It was clean and bug free, so that’s a great stay in my opinion. Bed was uncomfortable is only real problem.

The room had lifting flooring, the toilet got stuck. The tv was small. But it gave us a place to sleep.

It is an older establishment but very clean. They had everything we needed. The staff was over the top in helpfulness and friendly. We will not hesitate to use Red Roof again.

Room was clean and bed was good. Those are the 2 most important things for me. Also, we have a small dog and pets stay free. Bonus! They gave us a room on the 1st floor so it was convenient to take dog out. The only thing I was concerned about was the door lock and safety latch seemed loose and I felt someone could easily break into the room. However, it was a weekday and nobody was in the rooms on either side of us plus our dog would bark if he heard anything near the door so I wasn't to worried about it.

My only problem was my hair dryer didn’t work. The plug end that it plugged into also was almost falling out of the wall so it made us nervous to even use it in case it started a fire.

The positive is they don’t charge extra for small dogs, but that’s where it ends. Gaps in the doors, slow flushing toilets, and an exterior door at the back that didn’t lock. The staff is friendly, but untrained and couldn’t do basic tasks like make coffee. In the room, the mattresses are well worn… perhaps by the hour? In the bathroom the towels were so thin you could watch TV through them. They do just below the basic level of maintenance. There’s rust all over the shower, ceiling and floor. I have pics. The room door gap was so wide you could fit burglar tools through it. Wi-Fi is wide open and not passworded. The appliances are 1st generation microwaves and refrigerators. The toilet clogged, we had to fix it . If you want housekeeping, you have to stay 3 days and make an appt 24 hours in advance. Attention, methheads, crackheads, and thieves - The outside back door DOES NOT LOCK!!! You don’t need a room key to get in. Scary!!! Joke: They promised the “world’s greatest coffee” it was not! It was the world’s greatest example of cheaping out on a breakfast - just one pot of coffee, no decaf, no tea, no cream, nada.

Good service

The staff is very nice and welcoming. It’s great that it is surrounded by restaurants, a nearby Walmart, and very close to Fort Leonard Wood Army base.

We got there way after we were supposed to. We got there at 530 in the morning and check out was 11 the next morning. They allowed us to stay until twelve I stead of 11. That was awesome of them!!!

We are retired and on a fixed income so Red Roof fit well in our budget. Our room was super clean and very spacious. Anyone looking for a reasonally price stay that is clean and well kept, Red Roof should be given a try.

Hotel is very clean with friendly staff. It is rather outdated and needs freshening up. Very good value for a decent room with fridge and microwave.
