Great location, easy to get around and close to main attractions. Staff was helpful, especially at the front desk.
We accidentally booked the wrong night and the front desk clerk helped us book for the correct night.

Our room was very spacious & with microwave, fridge, sofa & large TV. Good bench space, barh & shower & plenty of room for luggage .
2 minute walk to subway . Shops are easy walking distance.
Staff friendly & helpful.
We had everything at our finger tips.
Definitely would stay here again. Super warm cookies on arrival 😊

The hotel was okay. It is situated right opposite the Tufts Medical Center and is a few yards away from the train station. The hotel property was clean and organized. The built in cafe within the hotel is pretty good.
However, the outside ambience is a bit sketchy. Lots of homeless people milling about and it generally does not feel safe later in the night.

We were on the first floor, and it was annoyingly noisy outside all night.
Furthermore, my cay got nasty scratches while valet parking, but no one was held responsible for the damage.

Hotel is perfectly adequate if not rather dated in look and feel.
Not likely to impress anyone but clean and comfortable.
Location is decent, though it does back onto a nightclub which woke everyone up at 2:30am Saturday morning.

Right in the heart of Boston's theater district the hotel was just a few steps from the Wang theater. They have valet parking but the cars are double and tripled parked so walking after parking is easiest. The restaurant was out of multiple things but I had the best cod with tomato puree I have ever had. The room was good sized and clean. Beds are not super comfortable but adequate and there were no cups or bottled water provided.

Nice room and location was good. Saturday was just terrible!! The noise in the parking lot below went on for hours. We were on 5th floor. We packed up and left at 4 am. I really think we should be refunded Saturday night stay. No way one could sleep. The parties going on was deafening! Will not stay there again.

My HVAC system started making a horrible noise in the middle of the night. I responded back to the number that texted me asking me how my stay was and there was no response. I called the front seat and told me there was nothing they could do and offered to bring me a fan.

We had a fantastic stay at Doubletree Downtown - easy access to transport or walkable to Chinatown and other tourist attractions. Access to good food options locally too.

the room felt super outdated and there were minimal products offered (such as coffee and tea). had trouble sleeping because of the ac system.

Very comfortable bed. Good size refrigerator and a microwave. Close to everything. Especially convenience to eating places. They have warm chocolate cookies for you.

We absolutely loved our room and its location. Boston is indeed a walkable city, and we could easily reach any destination on foot or take the Blue Line to Fenway. My only concern was the noise around the property. When we first arrived and saw Tufts Medical Center across the street, we were a bit worried. However, that turned out to be less of an issue compared to the constant car revving and honking that woke us up in the middle of the night on two of our three nights. If noise isn’t a major concern for you, this is an excellent place to stay!

I stayed 2 nights, the next morning my room wasn't cIeaned-up. I don't know If I had to ask for it, but I'm aware many things have changed since covid. I didn't messed it up that much, so no big issues with that. I was in the first floor next to the kids playground and it was a little bit noisy, but nothing I couldn't handle. I have kids too. I belief parking overnight is kind of pricey. Being close to the gym was a big plus for me. The staff was very courteous and respectful. Overall it was a good stay, very close to chinatown, less than 5 min. walking.

Rooms on the outer parts of the hallways are reached by going down about 8 steps. This can be a problem with luggage, especially for older folks. At checking, ask people if they need help, or would like a different room.

The hotel was conveniently located near a T station, which was very nice. The dining options within the hotel were limited and very expensive for what was provided. Parking was an additional $63/night, so if you're traveling by car you have to work that extra fee into your budget. That parking fee greatly inflates the cost of your stay if you're there for more than a night or two. There was also no option for water unless you bring your own cups to use the sink in the rook or pay $8 for a bottle of water in their little shop in the lobby.

Great location! However hotel has a dated feel! Carpet smelt funny at times! They need to update to vinyl. Staff was friendly and courteous. Maybe would consider other choices next time.
