I regretted extending my stay, all my reservations are made through Expedia, I decided to extend my stay, made a new reservation, made my payment and the next day the hotel staff wasn't aware of my new reservation or my extension, according to the manager “the system is different from the other systems”, at 10 am I informed housekeeping staff that I made an extension but again before 12 pm check out time that is informed on their website and anywhere in the hotel, the housekeepers began to bother me that they needed me to vacate the room to clean even though check out is at 12 pm And it wasn't 12 yet, I found it in very bad taste and I spent $ 132 on my second reservation so that the hotel would not have internal control of check out time and new reservations, very unpleasant. (the hotel is clean and comfortable) but you can hardly feel safe since unfortunately if your plans change and you decide to stay longer they will be at your door before 12 pm asking that they need the room, very disrespectful. So think twice !!!

Everything was great on the hotel part. NO pool, beds were very comfy, location of hotel was great. My only issue was that I went down for a drink at the hotel bar, no one was available for assistance. The kid that was handling the front desk, is also in charge of handling the bar. He was brand new (a week in) and did not know much on having to prepare drinks or serving them. He kept trying to call management who was not on site, and was provided no help at all. He kept attempting to ask the cook on how to prepare which she did not know. I ended up having to translate to other customers and front desk kid. Management should be available to provide assistance.

The concept is genius with the workout stuff in the rooms. The rooms and public areas are modern and super inviting. The quality of the bedding, pillows, and bath towels were nice. Staff was super friendly and helpful!

Best gym I’ve ever seen in a hotel!

I loved the room size! I liked the lil refrigerator. I liked the ice/water machine in the hallway. Staff was friendly and got us a voucher for breakfast! I was impressed with hotel overall especially the pricing!

Great staff. Remembered I was returning and upgraded me to a suite. Love the in room exercise. The video showed me a something to add to my regular routine. Only suggestion for improvement would be to take the large table out of the living room. Too crowded

Love the in room gym equipment and videos. The suite was a little crowded with 2 tables in the living room. Preferred the studio. More open and more room to work out. Need to be able to turn TV to see when working out. Staff was fantastic. Real conversation.

Newer hotel & modern, great location. Rooms are always clean & comfortable and friendly staff. Best hotel beds ever.

The staff was very nice and the hotel seemed very clean. I loved the options of the exercise equipment in the room. Unfortunately our AC was not working properly. I notified the desk right away. Maintenance was supposed to come fix it but they never showed. They did offer to move us to a different rm but having a child with autism and other special needs it is hard to disrupt him after he is settled. Since we were out of the rm during the daytime, we were able to crack the window and make it comfortable to sleep. Other than the AC, I would stay here again if in town.

Large room with separate living room area. New and modern

I was only here for one quick night so I enjoyed my stay. Nice little hotel room that even has a yoga mat and workout ball. Refrigerator was nice. The bathroom kind of smelled like sewer. Friendly staff at check in! Parking was fine and I had no issues.

This hotel was great. Excellent value for the money. Clean and comfortable. Great location. Easy access to I-25. Will definitely stay here again.

The staff was fantastic - every single one. Room was very eye clean and linens and towels smelled fresh. Loved it. Will for sure be back.

Beds were comfortable, the property was clean, easy and fast check-in/check-out.

It was a decent hotel and not far from the main action. Ample parking and the people working there were kind. I just didn’t love that I got no maid service the entire stay…

Everything was great except i had no hot Water and was unable to take a hot shower. I would like to be refunded for the inconvenience

Restroom sink had a hard time draining, took 5-10 minutes to drain. Everything else was nice and clean!
