Rooms and common area were very clean and the interior design tasteful. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was rich. Location is very convenient: in front of the beach and close to restaurants, ice cream places and downtown.

I got to Pesaro every summer to visit family. I stayed for a week at this hotel. My cousin got married there years ago and it was beautiful. I thought I would book a stay at this hotel after the usual hotel I stay at was fully booked. To say it was disappointing is an understatement. The facility is run down, the decor is dated and perhaps most importantly, the air conditioning does not work. After several complaints and an email to the hotel staff, we were moved to a different room that was said to have working AC and a bathroom that didn’t flood. The bathroom in the new room didn’t flood but the AC did not work. I appreciate the staff trying their best to rectify the situation however for the price point we were charged, it was unacceptable.

No Parking available onsite as promised. Had to pay for street parking blocks away. Unfriendly guy at check in, no a/c in the room, kept telling us it would come on shortly and never did. Bathroom window had no covering on it, could see in hotel across the street & assumed they could see in ours. Shower was a nozzzle over a terrible bathtub insert that kept squishing when standing in it. Was like it never adhered to the tub & felt like it was going to fall through the floor. Had to go back downstairs for the WiFi info which they didn’t bother to give at check in because the phone didn’t work. Had to ask about the pool (it’s vinyl), towels were kept in a backroom behind the front desk. Had to inquire about chairs for the beach (80 euros for 2 chairs per day!) All of this should have been told to us without us having to ask upon check in. They couldn’t make change for us, telling us to go to the bar who also didn’t have any. Very poor customer service, felt unwanted, terrible room, hot and stuffy. Only good thing was the location and view. Will never go back and do NOT recommend it.

Hotel is ideally located opposite the beach with lots of restaurants close by. The hotel itself is very dated and the standard rooms have not been updated for a long time. Our room had several broken items and the general decor was very tired. The breakfast is generally good but the hot options are poor. Lovely pool though which is very clean.

Rooms were old, they have not been updated. Breakfast was ok, but not much variety.

Friendly and helpful staff. Room could do with some modernisation, clean but a bit tired looking.

Super hotel in a great location

We had a great room with water views and a large terrace. The hotel is a little dated, but the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good on the top of the hotel with great views.

The accomodation itself is OK. The location is very good, just in front of beach. However, it was so cloudy and noisy outside of room (the main beach street) until mid night. No paper at the rest room.

Breakfast buffet could offer better quality on the cooked meals side and more bread variety. Staff were really helpful and nice although communication was not very easy as some of staff struggled speaking English language, but still welcoming and nice.

Have stayed here many times over 40 years, this year the air conditioning was switched off, the heat in the room was unbearable and the staff could not turn it on without approval from the management. This made our stay very uncomfortable as the weather was very good, and my husband suffers with his breathing.

Staff would benefit from some training in politeness and customer satisfaction. Electrics in room annoying, flashing LED lights (above door) had to be tamed with a towel. Master card activation (fir room electrics) problematic at first until advised that theres a certain technique by indifferent staff. Some pleases and thank yous wouldnt go amiss, nor would a cheery goodbye on departure after settling up. Functional but far from friendly.

We had money taken from our room and our washing costed 149 euro so a small amount of washing. The beds were not comfy.

Hotel was very nice and convenient to the sea.

No umbrellas for sunbeds near the pool, no air conditioner in the gym, which you can hurdly call a gym, because there are only a couple of equipments for training. The breakfast is the same every day and very poor, even though they give excellent coffee.The breakfast area on the last floor is very cozy and with a nice view on the sea. The staff is very nice and polite, but the management of the hotel isnt so good,as if you have anything broken, you need to wait for the technical staff for hours. The cashier at the reception in not 24-hours.And, unfortunately, I rooms are not so clean, but look nice.

Very nice stay. Room was spacious and very clean. Hotel was quiet, couldn't hear anyone from inside the room. Right across the street from the beach. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommended.
