The room was not well-maintained. Soap and conditioner were empty as I noticed while taking my 1st shower. The smoke alarm started chirping from battery wear at 3 am and thus interrupted my sleep. Trash laid around in common space-hallway by elevators for days

Our flight did not arrive until after 12:30am and when I called for shuttle service they had two u ears over at the airport to pick us up and bring us to the hotel. They had our room keys ready and check in took less than one minute! We were in our super homey and welcoming two bedroom suite in minutes. Our first experience with this stay will not be our last! What an amazing place to stay. PS. We missed the 9am cut off for breakfast but they opened the kitchen area so we could get hot drinks!!! What customer friendly service!!!

Amazing experience. I am chronically ill and there being a separate bedroom was ideal! I could rest as necessary and my husband could comfortably sit, get something to eat or drink and watch tv without disturbing each other.

Common areas were very clean and presented well but our room was a little dingy and had a swarm of lady bugs living in it. Staff were all lovely and the area was good.

Beds and rooms were clean. We had the pool to ourselves so must not have been a busy weekend. Breakfast is pretty comparable to other places. Overall I’d stay again

It was close to The James which we liked. But overall the hotel needs an upgrade. Room was clean but appliances need upgrade, TV definitely needs upgrade. Our stay was comfortable but woukd we stay again, probably not.

Convenient to the airport and advertised that it had a bar and restaurant onsite, which they did not. Breakfast was average but good enough that we ate it for four days.
Rooms and common facilities were clean. Pool was cloudy and a LOT of kids but I was just letting my grandchild swim. Not really close to any places to eat that are super convenient but there is a Mcdonalds within walking distance.
Overall, we had a great time visiting our family in CMH.

The floors in the rooms were sticky to walk on. shower and kitchen caulking was filthy. Linens were dingy so I questioned their cleanliness. Breakfast selections were very poor and limited. Non-Nutritious.

The indoor pool area had a lot of noise and disruption from groups of kids running around the hotel unsupervised. I reported the issue to the front desk but our relaxed evening by the pool was ruined.
Our hotel room temperature was 76 degrees which was quite hot. The thermostat in the room was dysfunctional.

This property is disgusting. It smells like it was submerged under water for years and now it's all mildewed. They don't clean the rooms. The refrigerator was dirty, the floors were dirty, the walls were dirty. The door knobs looked like there was gunk stuck on them. This hotel is a top hotel in my city, but it was like a run down motel in Columbus. They didn't try to be accommodating by sending me to another hotel or nothing. And the accessible room was hardly accessible. I had to move furniture around just to try to get the wheelchair through which we ended up turning right back around and leaving. There are no automatic doors there except for the door to enter the hotel. They had a dirty door that we had to go through to get to our room and I had to do all type of magic tricks to get through with the wheelchair. If you're a decent human being, do not stay here. It so gross and smelled so horrible, plus it was dirty.

When we arrived the room smelled like cleaner but it was t clean - hair in the sink, floors were a mess, dog hair everywhere. I went out and purchased things to clean as there were no other rooms. The room smelt strongly of cleaner upon arrival but by the next morning, the mildew smell set in. My child woke up sick and I had to purchase an air purifier for our room. The smell persisted and it was awful. I’ve never experienced a Hilton hotel to be in such terrible condition. Will never be back and hope others reconsider booking here!

I did not get the room that I reserved. The safety bar in the bathtub actually came off when I used it in the shower. I have stayed at Homewood Suites before and loved them but this was noisy and dirty. The front desk person was helpful but after this experience I will stay at an Airbnb next time.

The rooms are updated and each one has a kitchen which made it super convenient. There are barbecues outside but they need some improving. We still managed to use them. And the service people were great at the hotel. Except there was a guy named Carlton that worked at the front desk and he was not helpful both times when I stayed at this hotel. Just not very cooperative or helpful man. However I still enjoyed my stay and I would recommend it and other staff members were good to work with.

Cant complain about the room as it was what we needed. We stayed there for 5 days and no housekeeping. There was a sign in our bathroom that said housekeeping every other day. I went and got our own towels from the front desk and Cory, which had been very helpful asked if we had received any housekeeping. I told him no and he said he would let them know because we should have. When we checked out at 430am we let them know again we Never received any housekeeping and they told my husband we had to request it. Since when do you have to request housekeeping when you stay in a hotel. Not to mention we never seen housekeeping there at all.

Came to hotel due to a college visit for my son. It was ok but the microwave didn't work. Housekeeping never came to our room, and we were there from Thurs-Sun. Nothing was replenished so we were out of body wash and conditioner they provide by our first shower. Had a few tissues left in the holder then those were gone. The ice from the ice machine was also dirty. I had to buy ice from the gas station. Lastly, I know they allow pets but there seems not to be any rule about picking up after the dogs. There was dog poop everywhere outside. Also, the fridge never got cold. I had to take my food to my trunk to keep cold. I think those are small issues that can be fixed. Overall, the room was really nice. Beds really comfy. Plenty of space for myself and children to sleep. Small infractions for everything else. I'd give it a 7.0

While the location and rooms were rather dated, the convenience and price were what we were looking for while staying in town to attend an Ohio State game. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality and selection offered at the included breakfast as well. We would stay here again
