Seems like it’s just bad luck but not only did they give away my breakfast table. They also almost gave away the room I was staying which I wanted to extend. I called them over landline to ensure that I want to extend and my number was taken incorrectly. Then when I tried to extend at hotel, I was told it’s fully occupied the next day onwards. Mr.Vivek from the reception staff helped me keep the room. I don’t expect such confusion in such a well run chain of hotels such as ITC

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the way my late check-out request was handled on 11th May . After a long flight and a late check-in at 3:00 am, I confirmed a late check-out by 3:00 pm with the staff during booking and again at check-in. Unfortunately, due to personal reasons, I had to leave the hotel for a few hours in the afternoon. Upon returning around 2:45 pm, I found my room locked, which I understand. However, when I politely requested access for a mere 10 minutes to freshen up before leaving, the receptionist flatly refused. This lack of flexibility, despite the confirmed late check-out, was completely unacceptable. Being offered to have my luggage brought down instead of a quick freshen-up added insult to injury. This experience significantly impacted my stay at your hotel. While I appreciate general courtesy, basic guest needs like freshening up after a long journey should be considered, especially when a late check-out has been confirmed. This incident has definitely made me reconsider staying at your establishment in the future. I urge you to review your late check-out procedures, particularly for guests with confirmed arrangements. Perhaps offering a short grace period for freshening up, even if a full late check-out isn't possible, would be a significant improvement.

With a luxurious feel and 5 restaurants on-site, the only only issue was the distance from the main tourist area, though easily reached via a hotel car, taxi or Uber.

Luxurious stay at this gorgeous hotel near the airport. Only wish it was a longer stay, but everything exceeded my expectations (service, accommodations, cleanliness, etc).

Rude Customer Service (specially at the Concierge desk Mr. Nilgiri), despite of 3rd person's accommodation was paid through Expedia they did not provided sleeping bed, on top that asking for more money at the check-in counter. Secondly, this place is crowded by the local people hosting their parties in hotels banquets hall making extra chaotic. Not the place of peace. Rooms are average.

The property was pretty decent, but our room was very moldy. Upon entry in our room we smelled mold and for the two days that we were there we did not have enough towels even though we asked multiple times and there was a damp scent that lingered in the room. The bathroom door didn’t close properly so there was always water on the floor even though we tried our best to keep it dry. I will say the buffet is excellent and the servers at the restaurant Peshawar were very friendly.

Property was very dirty and poorly maintained, more like a 2 star place. Staff scammed us with a taxi deal saying there were no other options. Don’t stay here.

I booked “house” which was supposed to be bigger room but I was given a standard room

A lovely hotel, fantastic ambience and service to match. The quality of vegetarian options at breakfast was brilliant too.

We had a pleasent stay. The service at the breakfast was excellent and the staff we as very polite and courteous.

The hotel is located next to the airport. I got a quiet corner room, and requested a late check out. They let me stay until 3pm. My room was very spacious and elegant, the bed and pillow were comfortable and the blackouts were great, no light came in.

Beautiful hotel close to the airport. Fantastic food and facilities. Staff however at the restaurant were slow and had to be reminded of orders which was frustrating.

The stay was good. However if we were told about the new year parties, we would have booked one. There was nothing available at the last minute. Infact I did search online earlier and couldn’t find anything. So it will be great if such kind of events are publicised on the website.

Stay was excellent but the hotel failed to arrange airport pick up. Tried calling them 6b times but no reply.

Incovinient location

They need to change their name to business hotel and not mention luxury for the sake of it. The service is horrible. Expect the person that helped with the check out , all the staff were very to the point no warmth or customer service orientation. The shower in the bathroom was clogging and the hairdryer is a 100 year old. At breakfast no one cared to ask if we needed something. There was no water on the table , no cutlery etc. I was hoping for a much better experience from a brand and pricing as theirs

The food at the property was terrible. The staff didn't seem well trained or motivated. All in all a below average experience

We saw miles of smiles and friendliness,proffesionious dedication and good will .Keep it up it pays.

Will book again whenever next time in town

Rooms are well kept, towels are scratchy, water pressure from the bidet is brutal, nice toileteries, below average breakfast options, very welcoming staff, airport pickup drop service is very expensive.

What a bad team there. 1) Only 1 un-sealed water bottle in the room - at time - if you want a refill - they will take that bottle first and replace it with another un-sealed water bottle. 2) What a bad and seemingly discrimiative approach at Peshawari - are 2 people NOT allowed to dine-in. Is that too small to ask for. 3) We asked to make a reservation for us 8:45 PM on 01 Oct - Mr Satyanaayan declines entry, asks us to wait elsewhere and not in front of the outlet, does not call back for the table, upon this discriminative approach - asks us to call whoever made our reservation there. 4) Peshawari cannot get worst in its offering / approach to diners. 5) Upon approaching other team mates of the outlet - Mr Satyanarayan intervenes and does not allow me to speak - like a street fight.
