I love Residence Inn and have stayed there in a few California and other states. This particular one was fine but the breakfast was disappointing. The eggs were runny and no bacon or bread for toast. Selection was poor.

Very nice stay, included everything we needed from dishes, full kitchen, pool, laundry facilities, breakfast, and was overall pretty lovely. only minus points for the front desk lady who wasn’t very pleasant to speak with. gave little to know explanation for anything and was on her phone while trying to check out with her. Had no room service, didn’t know it was upon request because was not explained in the beginning. overall pretty good though.

CrowdStrike issue apparently was affecting the property but the front desk was handling things manually and didn’t make a big fuss. Everyone I came across was polite and helpful. The nights Darryl is in the bar are well attended by regulars and made some great bar friends each night.

Hotel front reception staff is great & helpful but when asked for service in the room to clean the garage & replace the towels etc. It was poor & had to remind them again when came back to room around 9pm. Requested service when was leaving the hotel for site scene at 10am. Rest of the area & hotel was good & clean. Free breakfast is good for non vegetarians. We had only bagels & cereal. No bread either. But rooms were good & clean. Hope it will help someone. Thanks

This hotel is clean and very nice. Walking distance to dining and waterfront. Parking is very easy. Room was very clean and tidy. Only complaint was that on Sunday morning I received an email with our supposed check out. It turns out they do that at the end of the week and our checkout was actually as it was planned, for Monday morning. Person at front desk did not really have a good explanation. Other than that small hiccup, excellent stay.

The check in process was a disaster. They couldn't find our reservation using any method because it was booked through hotels.com. We had our itinerary number, copy of paid receipt, and all the details. We had to wait over an hour for them to figure it out while we waited in lobby with our toddler.

I was charged three times the amount that was due. The ladies that checked me in were rude and condescending . They said that they knew nothing and couldn’t help me with the over charge etc.
The morning manager was a blessing but it takes thee to five days to get any of the extra money that was charged. Paying for a room three times is majorly wrong. Most people can’t afford that.
I may not be back.

This is a decent hotel. The staff is mostly friendly and welcoming. Rooms are nice but a bit outdated.The free breakfast every morning is nice but at the cost of the room, they should have coffee out all day long. It is a nice late check out at 12.

This was a great place to visit with my partner and children. There were many restaurants within an easy walk, as well as a nice view of the river. The facilities were great - big pool and hot tub, nice space for breakfast, spacious rooms and lobby. I wish there had been lotion in the room, and parking was expensive, but overall it was a great place to be.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. I used the gym and breakfast had great options (including oat milk). The front desk allowed us to store luggage after checkout to keep exploring the city. Great stay!

We have stayed at this hotel many times and return because of the comfortable rooms, quiet and good breakfast. The location is convenient to the Keller and waterfront. Parking cost needs to be taken into consideration when calculating the cost of the room. It is not included. Sometimes they run a special but rarely.

I appreciated the free breakfast and in-room kitchen. Having a full sized refrigerator, sink, dishes, and stovetop were super convenient for traveling with kids. The location requires you to drive to most Portland attractions, however if you want a quieter space and don’t mind driving I would recommend it. The room needed small repairs, like the molding in the bathroom peeling off the wall, but overall it felt clean and safe.
