There were poop stains on the bathroom wall. Some stains on the carpet between the bed and nightstand. Although we paid for parking and there was a security guard on duty, we were robbed.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I would definitely stay again! The place was really nice, the rooms are huge and the staff is really pleasant. Special thanks to David for making checking in early so easy.

The only drawback was the complimentary breakfast was very blant with just eggs and bacon often not refilling empty vessels.

We had requested an early check-in over the phone, which was confirmed to be accommodated. When we arrived, they said they didn't have anything ready for us. The rooms we were provided when we did get them were out dated with fixtures and paint peeling in places. The plug outlets were all falling out.

The staff were very friendly! The room was not great- the hideaway bed had stains. Not very clean floors. Housekeeping skipped our room so we had to call for towels, etc. Breakfast was very good and the fitness room was decent for cardio but not great for weights. Location was perfect for LAX and So-Fi events.

I was disappointed with this hotel overall. We had a fine experience, but would not stay here again. I don’t typically write reviews, but I read reviews so much that I felt I should share my thoughts.
The rooms are a bit dated and the full beds (vs Queen) is not ideal for a family of 4. I’m used to a suite having a separate living room area and two TVs in the room. I wouldnt say it was an awful experience but not worth the price paid.

The hotel is really in need on a good cleaning. The hallway carpets were very dirty and stained and while the rooms appeared tidy, they smell a bit musty. I had to ask to be switched to another room, because the smell of mildew was so bad. The second room was better, but not great. The hotel staff were very helpful, but that did not compensate for the overall condition of the property. Additionally, the fire alarms went off at 3:30 in the morning, waking me up and causing initial concern that there may be an actual fire.

Not sure how it has such a high rating. The staff was nice, but that’s where it ended. Our room was old, the carpets and lampshades stained and the pull out couch was sagging and loud. The staff did the best they could with what they had.

Very outdated hotel and our room was filthy - carpet was so dirty we had to keep our shoes on. There was a wet spot on the carpet as well. The couch sagged in the middle and had stains all over. Very disappointed overall given that we've loved staying at other SpringHill Suites.

It was a very old and tired hotel room. Lobby, location, staff, breakfast, swimming pool and car park were all excellent.
Found the hotel room to be old, tired and in desperate need of an overhaul. It was clean but still looked grubby because it was old. It was a super expensive room for the night at that price.
I would go elsewhere next time.

Love staying here because the staff is super friendly and helpful. Outside the property is quiet and within walking distance of shops. My only negative would be that (1) The a/c unit grumbled when on and kept me up at night. It needs service and (2) the rooms are beginning to show signs of needed refreshment. The sofas in the rooms look old and the carpets are showing signs of staining. Otherwise, I like to stay here any time I travel to this location.

Excellent Service from David , He was so friendly and helpful, always kind on every question I ask , Im so happy with my stay in this hotel , breakfast was amazing . The only thing I can think is the hotel can improve is this smell in the room but otherwise, I love my stay here

The hotel staff is really nice and the check-in and check-out process was super quick. My room was spacious and clean. The floor I stayed on was quiet my entire stay. Breakfast was just ok in my opinion as it was limited. I was missing a waffle maker like majority of hotels and there is no sausages provided only cheap, feather light bacon.

The hotel had many noisy air blowers blowing air to dry carpet because one of their customers hanged his clothes on the safety water sprinkler inside his room ceiling and triggered all other ones causing water damage to the property. While I emphasize with hotel as a business I did not want to be punished in my stay with those noisy blowers all night. It was almost impossible to sleep. We asked the front desk to turn them off after 10pm so that we can get some sleep but it didn’t matter to them and did not listen.

Room was old and dirty. Couch was not firm and made a lot of noise every time someone moved. Dirty carpet.

We stayed one night with three kids. The air conditioner didn’t work in the entire hall, one elevator didn’t work, no conditioner in the bathroom, very dirty carpet in the room. Old building. The person of the hotel did not care about providing the good services. Don’t recommend! Parking extra $24.

The room was immaculate and an item (wallet) was left in the room and was not realized until after leaving the premises. Thankfully a call was made and the patron was able to retrieve the wallet from the room. So thankful for the staff.
