From beginning to end our stay was amazing!! Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was beyond expectations for price. Great location. Close to marina and downtown. The only downside was not being able to go in the ocean in front of our hotel due to rip currents, but we were able to take a quick and easy Uber to a swimmable beach. Other than that this place is amazing!!

It was absolutely beautiful, and exceeded our expectations - the restaurants are top of the line, service impeccable, the hotel is near town located near shops and other restaurants and the marina, which is a highlight of the area. We are looking forward to returning to this hotel for a future trip. You will not be disappointed, This hotel is a slice of paradise.

The ads don't tell you that the beach in front of the hotel is not swimmable, it is permanently closed, so if you want to go into the ocean you have to go somewhere else.
Also, staff is not very honest. I accidentally left my watch in the gym while I worked out and nobody else was there, but when I left and called later to retrieve my watch "nobody had seen it" and didn't know what happened to the watch. The cleaning crew most have taken it and didn't report it. They have a lost and found department, but it looks it is just to make guests feel secure, but they could not locate my watch.
I will never go back there.

My stay at Playa Grande was excellent. Very clean and amazing customer service. Check-in and check out easy, the pools were spotless. They offer a variety of food and beverage options. Would stay again.

Location to the marina was great. Very walkable and even if you ended up wanting an Uber, it was no more than $5 into town. Shower was very odd in that it did not maintain temperature. One minute the water is hot then it’s freezing, and you haven’t touched anything. Then you have to figure out what to do to get the temperature back. We never could figure out what was going on. Beautiful property and great service at the restaurants and bars on property.

This was such a beautiful hotel with extreme friendly staff, comfortable and spacious rooms, and great location. The hotel was the best part of the trip. I loved the big rooms with separate bed rooms and big balcony. The gym was amazing and so were the pools. We got VIP treatment with private pool and superior WiFi. The kitchen was well equipped and all the appliances were great.

Worse than what we had booked . Everything was broken . Leaks and AC not working . At check out they dismissed our concerns and didn’t care about the poor condition of the room.

The place is clean, the food was great and personnel was very helpful.

The pool was nice including the swim up bar. The televisions in the pool bar were non operational. I heard they have been broken for over a year. The Television in the rooms were small and outdated.
