Room not as advertised, I picked a mobility access king studio with a kitchen. It was not as pictured, pictured was a walk in shower, instead was a tub with a bench, it showed a full kitchen but the room had no stove. The fan in the bathroom was very noisy. The hand held shower kept flopping over and wouldn’t stay up.

What a dump! 1)Frig was missing a pan to catch ice cubes 2)coffee maker was broken 3) toilet seat was loose on toilet 4) needed to flush toilet several times after each use 5) the only elevator was inoperative the afternoon we arrived. 6) coffee pots were empty in breakfast area in the morning. 6) microwave display screen was broken.

Very convenient to the Cleveland Clinic Hospital. Wi-Fi was weak. Room was fine. Hot water not very hot. Because we had booked through an outside service, they placed us in a room that was a very far distance from the elevator and the breakfast area … thought seriously about ordering an Uber…

The property location is convenient for business near central Weston, Health care facilities and Highways (I 75). The place is quiet. Needs some furniture and bathroom update.

Our second stay, and will still recommend. Smoke detector was incredibly sensitive (I'm sure part of a fire code, but a toaster shouldn't set it off) and neighbors were pretty noisy.
Was very clean and easy to check in. Facilities were all in perfect working order and the staff friendly abd helpf.

The area in Weston was clean and quiet. Alot of restaurants around. Having a full kitchen and two separate bedrooms with a pullout couch was great.The Hotel seemed a little old. The A/C went down we had to switch rooms and one toilet wasnt flushing properly. The one elevator seemed small when moving luggage.

Residence Inn is a very nice place. Their rooms are spacious, clean and very quiet. All outside noise is isolated and I had very good sleep.
The breakfast is awesome and they are doing slight variations day by day, so probably even a week stay will be good.
Fitness room is small and contains just a treadmill / elliptical, with no weights.
They also have pretty good laundry, with few washers and dryers. However my main concern was that this is a coin paid laundry and they had no coins available. I think this is a big issue - install a card reader so it could be paid by a room card.
This would be a good place, but it has its downsides as well. I stayed there twice and first time I get an excellent room. However on a second time room had bathroom fan not working, and the room itself was kind of damp, with heavy air. AC helps a bit to remove moisture from the air, but still this was away from perfect. One of room's stands was affected because of it (wood was warped). I'd recommend to have a better care and vent for rooms.

this property was better than expected, very clean, bathroom was nice, clean and big, I especially like the kitchen. the gym needs more equipment, the staff was exceptional except GABRIELLA in the food area she is not very friendly but everyone else was great, a special thanks to housekeeping for always, the free breakfast was good.

Was very pleased with service staff very helpful, loved the shuttle service I would stay here again.
