The stay was okay. Only issues were the air-conditioning unit in the room was extremely loud and no housekeeping service available overnight when we needed towels.

The check in was really easy and the lady at the front desk was very helpful and nice. In general, everything went really well, except for the air conditioner. It was extremely loud; I even came to the point of having to turn that monstrosity off to be able to sleep. I have stayed at that property many times before and I didn’t remember the noise was that bad. Everything else was very good.

The breakfast the room was big the view from the window was ok the elevator was a nightmare only one was working and it took like 10 min to go up or down.

Location was good. It's next to a strip mall and lots of stores close by. The complimentary breakfast was also very good. Pool was nice though there were no towels. My main complaint with this hotel is regarding the cleanliness of the rooms. I stayed here a few days before and a few days after a cruise. First stay, the disposable face wipe on the vanity had handwriting on the wrapper. I thought it was an oversight by the cleaning crew and didn't complain. The next day I found a ball of hair in the corner. Again, I didn't complain, figured they just didn't sweep well. A week later, after the cruise, I get into a new room. This time I found a dirty towel hanging in the bathroom. CLEARLY this was not a dismissable oversight and called the front desk. I was given another room but was pretty disgusted. 2 rooms within 1 week, both not cleaned properly.

The price and close proximity to Cleveland Hospital was the selling point.
We had a number of items shipped to the hotel and the day staff were more accommodating when we inquired.

I think that housekeeping can do a better job with cleaning the floors. This is my 2nd visit where I noticed that the floors are not cleaned good.
