Didn't like having to pay deposit and then them holding it for upto 48 hours.

Nice guy at check in! Overall, it was a nice stay and you get what you would expect at a highway motel.

Maintenance poor , but a basic room

Booked and paid on expedia and got billed again at motel and will not refund.bathroom was from the 70's

Hard to get to no restaurant

This is the most run down hotel I’ve stayed at. Carpets are filthy with stains and cigarette burns (in non smoking rooms). Towel rods falling off the wall. We had to switch rooms as first one the toilet didn’t work. Four things plugged into one outlet which blew the breaker. Pay the extra cash and stay somewhere else if possible.

Motel is aging but clean and comfortable.

Staff was friendly and breakfast was the normal continental items. Room needed a major update. Carpet was stained and bathroom sink chipped. Not sure if this motel is going to be updated. Convenient to the highway.

A lot of mould around the bath tub.

Staff were friendly and check in was easy. Room was clean, beds comfy. Hotel is outdated but cozy with all the amenities

This property feels tired. The inside was as clean as it could be. Check in staff was friendly. Continental breakfast was good. Counter staff was missing at check out time. The bed was dipping toward the middle which made for a poor sleep for me. Sheets were good (which is huge for me). I really don’t like bedspreads that are obvious that they are not washed every time, so I always bring my own thin blanket when possible. I prefer the white sheet wrapped duvet, which our room did not have. The outside was very dusty with uncleared ashtrays in several places including right outside my door. The stairs to the upstairs could use a cleaning.

Linens were stained and mismatched. Bathroom linens stained and discoloured. Bed had fresh stains on bottom sheet that appeared to not have been laundered. Spiders, ants and bugs in room. Tub stained and leaky taps. Extension cords on bedside table to plug in. Missing light bulbs. Cough drops on picture frames. Windows were not locked when we arrived. Outdated. Manager was very kind and friendly though.

Not horrible but not great

There was something caked onto the carpet that was white and crusty, in multiple areas. Front desk staff was friendly but the images on expedia do not depict the quality of the rooms. Overall the hotel feels old and run down and the rooms were quite dirty. Also the toilet was in poor condition and barely worked. I will not be staying here again.

Staff very friendly and helpful, room was good for the price. Other guest a bit noisy and could be heard in room.

Location was easy to find and surprisingly quiet being close to the highway. Friendly staff checked us in promptly. Room was clean, but definitely in need of updating, beds a little softer than I prefer, but all adequate for the price. Free breakfast was okay, no warm options, but worked. Easy checkout.

Just outdated to the point that even if it was clean the stains etc make it feel and look dirty. You get what you pay for

The hotel is good value for a traveller. It is an older motel and has older fixtures; however, it was comfortable, clean, safe and had a simple continental breakfast. I appreciate inexpensive motels when travelling since I can't access hot tubs or pools anyway arriving late from traveling or leaving early.

Run down or poor Reno. Not dirty but grubby. Had an ant 🐜 in the bed and a couple on the floor. Breakfast was cereal,yogurt or stale muffins.

The new owners here were very responsive and checked us in very late. They were very kind, but when we arrived there were a few surprise charges we had not been informed of before arriving including a deposit and a pet fee. Over all the stay was good and the property is in a good location.

Can use some updates but did the job of a place to sleep. No hot water one day, and doorway can use new sealing as there was gaps all around. Front desk was friendly.

Health and safety standards are extremely poor! Bed was used and dirty and sheets were never changed. Bathroom was dirty. Pet hair everywhere. Will never stay here again!

Woke up with raspy throats and stuffy noses and now we are all sick
