The property was ok but the parking lot was very congested

The bed was uncomfortable. The pillows were flat. They wouldn't turn the pump on for the hot tub. It was freezing cold when we got in. They didn't even tell us. The pancake maker was broken.

This hotel is really rundown and in desperate need of an update, I wouldn’t recommend it and wouldn’t stay there again.

WE HAD BOOKED A KING BED ON MAIN BUT BECAUSE WE WERE LATE THEY HAD A ROOM ON THE SECOND FLOOR WE DID GET A ROOM ON MAIN WITH2 DOUBLE BEDS. WONT BE GOING THERE FOR A LONG TIME

Worn out, no plug for tub, two towels.

The place is rundown, the staff was very rude. I checked out and wanted to sit in the lobby to make a phone call and work on a reservation. The lady said I couldn’t stay in the lobby for more than five minutes and I told her I was having trouble with my phone And needed to stay on the Wi-Fi, she said the maximum I can stay in the lobby was five minutes overall experience was pretty bad there

Stay was very nice and comfortable

We didn't like that the two queen beds-we had asked for a room with one but our reservation was changed-were made, but the sheets and pillow covers were not changed, and were obviously quite stained in areas. This resulted in us having to request clean sheets and to make the beds our-selves. There was damage to the inner, darkest curtain and underneath that on the lighter curtains, dark, ugly stains.

This property had paint splatter on the widows, the lampshades were cracked and had burns. The pool looked dingy. Overall i would have never chosen to stay at such a rundown place. The employees were pleasant , but i would stll rate this place a 1. Noisy, dogs barked, some odd squealing noise coming from somewhere. We hardly slept.

It’s an older hotel but clean and convenient and allows pets!

Staff were helpful but facilities are dated, building poorly maintained, especially the pool facilities. Would not go here again, unless major repairs and upgrades are done. These are overrated facilities.

no towels when i booked in and the room smelt like it had been a smoking room . never did get pillow cases, which i sickening, the bathroom had hair all over the place , one of the drawers had the remains a cannibus materials. the curtain were a feeding ground for moths,

Clean enough but could certainly use some updating especially in the bathrooms. There was rot and black mould in the bathroom.

When we stayed at property there was next to no parking available, and other guests would be extremely rude if they had left and you took their spot and would be aggressive. The room had dead flies on the window sill and loads of dust left everywhere. The AC unit was broken and needed to get the front desk to turn it on using a pen. The Unit itself barely worked and the rooms were so hot it was hard to be comfortable. For the time, money and stress I would recommend not staying in this hotel and spending your money else where. Big disappointment on a road trip.

It has everything you need. We thought it was no Ramada, the lobby is the only thing that has been remodeled. The bed was comfortable, could have a couple more pillows would have been nice. The balcony was full of water. We were only there to sleep so it wasn't so bad for us.

Ok,clean and quiet

Do not stay at this hotel it is in a terrible part of town and the facility is disgusting with staff that don’t seem to care

Have been on the road awhile and am tired of motels that advertise pool and spa and then when you check in they come up with some excuse as to why it’s not available to use.

The pool and hot tub look like they have been abandoned since the 1960s. Upon trying to use the hot tub it was so hot I almost got a burn, you couldn’t even stand in it and the phone to the front desk wasn’t even attached to the wires so I had to go back to my room to call and let them know. Very disappointed

Room needs repairs

The space was good, however we were really looking forward to the hot tub and were unable to use it without being let know ahead of time.

Evening staff checking in was GREAT. Morning staff, not very nice or helpful. Booked the hotel to take the kids to the pool. It was locked at 930 am, staff said it was due tonph testing but nobody was there and it was padlocked. Travelling on the hwy we are limited for time. She put a major downer on the day and was quite rude

One room was fantastic. It smelled clean. Everything was OK. The second room smelled like wet dog and my nephew had an extreme allergy attack. We had to go to the front desk and asked to switch rooms. It was very disappointing to find out that that there were no pet free rooms.

We drove 9.5 hours arrived at 930pm needless to say we were hungry and tired would have loved to jump in the hot tub for 10-15 minutes but the pool and hot tub close at 8pm, we go up to the room which was a queen bed for two adults, the room stunk like old musty mouldy grossness, I didn’t realize the hotel was a 2🌟 until after but it definitely shows that it is a two star the bed dips in the center it’s not comfortable at all, we had three pillows, the shower has so much pressure you’ll have squeaky clean skin, I wouldn’t bath in the tub they were gross, we had one towel equipped in the bathroom the toilet paper will take a layer off your bits it’s awesome! For the location there isn’t much around to eat everything closes early I thought for a Ramada it would have been better but o guess you get what you pay for!! It won’t be my choice if we go back.
