The hotel was very nice. We were there because we were visiting with friends. Would stay again. Everything was clean. Property was well maintained even after a hurricane flew through the days prior.

Nonstop badgering at check in to attend a meeting about signing up for a timeshare/vacation club situation. Would never had stayed here had I known. Advertised food deliveries from the resturants to condo, however service was unavailable each day. Bed comfortable. Room dated with too many coats of paint.

Overall, everything was great with the hotel. They took every precaution they could for the hurricane and we really appreciate that! We did do the sales pitch for the gift card at the beginning of our stay. We understood what we were going to, but Franz is one of the worst salesman I have ever met. He was judgmental and condescending pretty much the entire time he was talking to us. He was also wasting time with personal texts about what he was going to be doing that evening multiple times throughout our session. Wasting time and super unprofessional! We were told 90 minutes for the sales slide show. If I didn’t remind him that it had been 90 minutes, we would’ve been there for who knows how long. We were told by concierge and franz at the beginning that it would be 90 minutes. We went and upheld our side of the deal, the least y’all can do is uphold your side and not keep people longer than they should be. It was very unprofessional and I told Franz it’s dishonest. He then texted his boss to come over after I said something and Franz said, “see I am getting you out of here on time so it’s not dishonest.” What a joke, it’s still dishonest since I had to say something. The gift card is not worth it, just skip the slide show.

My family and I evacuated due to Hurricane Milton. We had a 2-bedroom apartment like setting. The space was very well furnished, grounds were lovely (what we used) and with a full kitchen. The staff was very patient, kept us up to date on all of the changes due to the storm. We even extended our stay for an additional day with no problems. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Excellent room and location

Incredible stay. Beds were EXTREMELY comfortable, rooms were very clean, loved all the pools. Would be happy to stay here again!

The rooms look nothing like the pictures provided. They were very dark & dated. There was a strong smell when we first walked in which we assumed was some sort of chemical from cleaning however we realised the smell came from the running water. Fixtures in the bathroom were loose, near enough coming off the wall. Due to the damaged tap the water flow from the shower was minimal. The pool was well kept & appeared good. We wouldn't stay here again & wont be recommending it.

Beautiful resort with restaurants and various activities conveniently located nearby our preferred areas of interest.

Well design property and the property was clean.

Staff were very helpful, property was very clean. What i didn't like was housekeeping it was medicore

The property is well maintained. The pool is popular and the walk around the lake is beautiful. Loud music past 11pm was annoying, especially after a long flight. However there were activities such as dive in movies and quizzes you can partake in. We were offered a gift on our departure which they messaged us about after we left the resort….we will never know what this was.

Great place to take a family for vacation

A good place but the pools are kind of far from some rooms that make it harder to get them

Loved the experience totally worth it

The room was spacious and clean for the most part. There were skittles on the floor behind one of the doors. Also, We were ignored when we called and asked what time the coffee kiosk closed. Not sure if the person we called was off site. However, all of the employees in person were super nice. It also seems like the bellhop was overworked, so props to him, he does a lot. The restaurant food was very good too for a hotel.

Hotel is clean and served its purpose. Multiple pool options are great. The restaurants suck and there are no nearby food options. There’s nothing to do in the area if you’re not visiting the theme parks, unless you want to shop at the outlet which is approx 10 mins away. It was a boring stay.

Loved it

Outstanding customer service. The property is beautiful. It’s very quiet in the room aside from the air conditioning. The laundry facilities or very useful (and free!!). It’s about a 15 minute drive to DisneyWorld & the ICON strip area. My partner and I agree that if we do ever come back to Orlando, we will definitely stay here again.

The check in and check out process was easy and fast and the person at the front desk was very polite and courteous. Excellent service.
