Needs a makeover in the bathroom but the rooms we very clean and the staff was excellent

The room wasnt very clean and the air conditioner wouldn't keep up. It was 85 in room all night! I woukd recommend paying a little more for a nicer place.

Run down and dirty to the point of not wanting to walk barefoot on the carpet. Lots of work crews bunking here.

Check in was good, as was the bed and shower. The room was seriously dated and in need of a good cleaning. Breakfast was the absolute worst. Seriously. BLACK coffee with grounds in it. No amount of creamer would change the color. No fruit, yougurt or muffins. No sausage as promised on the menu. Potatoes were not seasoned (as advertised) and were undercooked. The egg product was a flat round tasteless thing. There was wheat toast. We had breakfast and coffee elsewhere.

The beds were soft and comfortable. The room stayed nice temperature. The cold plastic knob on shower was broken so I couldn't take a shower. The shower ceiling had a sq ft of black mold. Sink was cracked. Long wait for clerk. Run down but we slept well.

We had stayed here one other time and found it to be acceptable. This time, however, the dirtiness was more noticeable. There was dirt and hairs (not ours) in corners of the bathroom. The comforters on the beds were questionable. We were hauling a horse trailer and like that there are multiple lots by the hotel for convenient parking for large vehicles. The breakfast, staff and price were all very good.

The staff was very helpful. I saw him carry a large suitcase upstairs for a guest and quickly resolved a TV issue for me. The room was clean and well organized. Quiet too. The complimentary breakfast had a good selection including hot eggs, sausage and homefries. A waffle iron was hot and ready for use.

The check in man was so friendly .. I told him my boyfriend was on crutches and he made sure I had a room on the first floor . So nice! Thank you for making my stay enjoyable

Dirty bathroom, hallways, walls, and carpet. Old towels, very limited number. Bed mattress was saggy but linens were clean.

Looked like electrical problems in the room. Microwave wasn’t plugged in. When we tried to turn it on it shut the television off. The direct tv wasn’t working. Someone came with electrical tape and taped it at the wall. After that I was almost afraid of a fire while sleeping.

Beds were clean but there were bugs in the room and hallways and smelled strongly of cigarettes. One of the bedrooms was very musty smelling and the place was pretty run down.

Room was somewhat shopworn. It had two entry doors, one from an interior hallway and one from outside. Both had apparently had the security locks torn off, then remounted without even covering the former screw holes. Carpet was deeply stained and torn so the concrete was visible at the exterior doorway. Towels were clean but stained and had obviously been washed many, many times and were rough instead of fluffy. Beds were comfortable and sheets looked much less worn than the towels. Shower had a very heavy output. The toilet had been replaced but the wall had not been repainted so you could see the dimensions of the previous tank. The free breakfast was very good with choices of waffles, sausage, scrambled eggs, oatmeal or cold cereal. Toaster available. Yogurt and milk chilled and available. Coffee sand hot water for tea. If traveling in the area again, I would stay here again even though it is not a well maintained property. It is adequate but not special in any way.

Our accomodations were very nice

After staying at a Super 8 Wyndham the night before that was excellent I'm sorry to say this one was not. Check in was pleasant and easy and the breakfast was very good with many options though there was not enough seating for everyone. The problem is cleanliness, or lack there of. It did not appear our room had been cleaned at all. There was a toothpick on the night stand, there was food bits and pieces on the floor, and used coffee in the pot. The bathroom had hair on the floor and the tub was dirty. I can only hope the bed had clean linens.

I was given a second floor room, only to be informed that there was no elevator!!!! Thus after driving 500 miles,I had to unload my car and carry all of my luggage up to the second floor 😭😭😭!! What a bummer 😞😞😕😕!!

Sheets on bed had not been changed, had blood on them. TV did not work, mold was all over in shower, coating in tub was peeling off. Mattress was horrible! Carpet was filthy.

Tv sound didnt work...bathtub was durty

Sink would not drain. Sheets had a musty smell. Air conditioned kept kicking on and off all night. No elevator access for elderly.

Door latches broken...shower drained very slow. Employees were great!

We had to stay in a building at the far back of the real estate, with a window facing over the fence to an open property. No wash rags or face towels; although the manager brought them when called. Very limited parking near the building. Poor selection for breakfast, no orange juice or fruit.

Private party at the pool with food and alcohol in pool area…too many people..was weird…

The hotel was dirty and trash all around the building.

There was dog feces everywhere around the property. There were needles hypodermic needles everywhere on the outside of the rooms. Around the property hadn't been cleaned in decades! Will not stay in that one again!

Very friendly staff. Good hot breakfast with many options to choose from. Nice pool area.

Extremely load water pipes.

Not so good. Staff was friendly, but the rim was in need of repair. The bathroom had missing trim boards around the tub and very ok/needs updated.
