Bed was too firm for my liking.. everything else was perfect! The breakfast was probably the nicest, organized area I've seen, and the food was fresh

The heater was not connected to a thermostat so I had to get up a few times in the night to turn the heat up or down. Also the heat system is very loud, I got maybe 2 hours of actual sleep. This hotel really needs to update the HVAC in the rooms.

The staff are friendly. The check-in was very fast and easy. The pool is in good condition. Breakfast was ready and good coffee. The room is nice. The only exception was that there was an overlying smell of mildew to the room I stayed in. I am not one to complain or to cause a huge issue. I ended up just staying in the room and using the provided coffee packets to change the aroma to the room. The ottoman to the sitting chair was pretty dinged up and stained.

The bed was terrible! A thin mattress that creaked and popped every night. It was also sitting on a very low frame - not a box spring.

You can't get food delivered and there is no place within walking distance. When you drive into town, the market is a good choice with friendly people, hot food to go, and a little store.

Had never stayed here before on our yearly drives to CA to visit family - usually stay in SLC but it’s always loud and congested. This Best Western was easy to find, very quiet, and had very comfortable beds. Breakfast looked very good but we didn’t take time to eat - just got up and left, but while we were there, it was wonderful!

The hotel was newly remodeled and it was beautiful inside all over also pool was large and so clean. Will stay here again. Only negative is the only eats in town was a subway but other then that wonderful. Sorry the photo of the room was after we had already slept in it

This is our "go to." when ever traveling back and forth between Northern California and South Central Nebraska when we need to make it a two day trip. Always clean, quiet, friendly. Janet was a sonderful hostess at breakfast making sure we had a hot meal even though we ate their 6 am breakfast at 5:15.

We were really satisfied with all staff. Friendly, helpful! We arrived very late and staff were there to check us in! Fantastic! We thought the beds were too firm. Both of us woke up several times both nights due to back stiffness. Also, I didn’t see any recycling options in the dining room.

Fantastic stay! Clean hotel, smelled great, very comfy beds, great view of a river and camp ground out our window, pool open 24/7. The free breakfast was robust too. The pool is pretty cold, but felt great after in it for a few minutes and the hot tub was large.

AC works great. Facilities outside the main office aren’t well kept. Hard beds. Decent location to food and shopping/other parts of town.

A/C unit was extremely loud and I cleaned an inch of filth off the filters.
The ice machine didn't dispense more than a cup of ice.
The Direct tv didn't work the whole time.
The coffee machine was a dispenser of some kind that also was glitchy. Although I appreciate pets being accepted, the cat pee smell in the bathroom was gross.
But the woman at the front desk was very nice and helpful!

Stayed here overnight waiting to pick up a new teardrop trailer. Staff was super friendly and helpful when I couldn’t get their printer to work. Helped me out with a great attitude, despite it being at midnight. Definitely a great hotel to stay at if you’re in the area.

This is not the first time staying at this Beat Western it will it be the last. It is one of the cleanest and most friendly places we have stayed.
