short notice due to another hotel's mixup. they accomodated nicely. beds were comfy but not overly large. staff was very friendly. the manager (debbie i think) we met was awesome and so friendly! amazing pool area with tropical feel.

I have stayed at this hotel several times. Only complaint is the bathrooms. They require renovation. The size of room is good but the height of the vanity is very low, about 32", should 36". The toilets are awful about 11" high. They should be 17". Really hurts my back.

Overnight stay. Had a poolside room (142) which was very nice and convenient to go for a dip and a hot tub after a long day. Pool & hot tub were clean and a nice temperature. Room was clean, beds were comfy. Breakfast was okay. Service was great. We stay here often, but this was the first time pool side. We’ll be back.

Surprise - No elevator. I told front desk arrive about change to first floor. They did exchange for it. Fine we accept for that no plm.

staff were very good Niti at desk and its very clear they have a great management team and smart owner the beds are new and very comfy they spent money on guest rooms new bathrooms very clean carpets etc. not comon areas like hall carpets etc they put there guest 1ST we will be staying here again

Staff was friendly and very helpful ,rooms and entire facility was very clean . I was only there for 1 night ,so I am giving this review base on that.

Very kind and lovely staffs, absolutely felt welcome. Loved the self made waffles for breakfast, and I cannot thank enough they had decaf coffee too!! The only down side is the building seems pretty old and some furnitures and facility were not so neat.

This is an old hotel that has not been renovated. The carpets are stained and thread bare, the chairs in our room were stained and disgusting. The bedspread and sheets had stains on them as did most of the towels

its an older hotel. but there was adequate parking. the staff was great. the room was clean and comfortable. breakfast was ok. it was very reasonable for the price.

I got to start paying more for hotel rooms, fridge compressor was very noisy, had to unplug it to sleep. Bathroom fan and even the shower head was so noisy and squealing it cut the bathroom time short, just wanted to turn the light off and get out of there. Was worried about the car in the parking lot, seen lots of broken windows through out Winnipeg all over the place. Unfortunately my wife had to experience this also of which I won’t do again. Not only will I not use this Hotel again I will go a step further and say I will not go to Winnipeg again. Was glad to see Winnipeg in my rear view mirror.

The staff at this property were very friendly and helpful. The hitel.itself was old and a little bit dingy. The breakfast was not very appealing and the only hot food was the waffles. The location was not very convenient for doing any kind of dining or night life.

Upon check in our room smelled like cigarette smoke. The tub/shower has black mould growing that was clearly "cleaned up" by putting white caulk on it. Sink didnt drain and neither did the tub. The pool area was nice and clean.

Air conditioner did not work very well , when I looked at it before checking out of the room I found that the coil was iced up ? Possibly low on refrigerant. Or coil party plugged?

Our room was nice and spacious. One of the better maintained rooms we had over the past 4 years. Hotel is getting dated and in need of some upkeep. Continental breakfast should include more hot items other than waffles and toasted pancakes- since the restaurant is closed. The exterior is not maintained and lots of garbage. A few street people hanging around.
