Very cool stay. Room was just a little dated but otherwise very comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

Although the restaurant and environment was great, my room did not get cleaned for 3 days. I reported it but nothing was done. Also I scheduled for pick up from my room to the main lobby on my last day but no one showed up to assist with my luggage.

the air conditioner was horrible it was hotter in the room than outside reported it several time nothing was done to make the room cooler. Not happy during my stay the mini bar wasn't working either. All beverages were hot . Reported that as well. Will not be returning to this resort.

My room had roaches and on my last night is when they decided to want to change the room after I complained for day all the worker only do something if you give a tip if not service sucks

Not clean. Had six rooms and all had issues AC, water, T.V etc...Beautiful beach. Terrible drinks. Food was ok but extremely difficult to accommodate or get reservations for 11 people. Most important. Not enough daytime or nightime entertainment

Rooms are a little out dated! AMAZING STAFF FROM THE SERVERS TO ENTERTAINMENT STAFF they always were so pleasant and comforting!!

The entire Bávaro resort was supposed to be shut down for multi-year renovations LAST YEAR (2023). Every single item (chairs, electric outlets, bathroom items, jacuzzi, etc all broken in multiple rooms. Want AC? Maybe the 3rd room change will have one that works. Do not stay here until 2026 once they have completely finished the job. Also good luck getting anywhere or doing anything if you don’t speak Spanish.

They didn’t had 2 beds for one of our rooms, just the 1 bed and sofa bed but other than that the hotel was very nice and beautiful.

The gardens and the beach are beautiful! But solicitors on the property are constantly there on the beach all around trying to sell stuff and activities it really unnecessary and frustrating true the all day for this reason I may don’t want to go back !

We loved our stay! There was an issue with the pluming in our villa. Hope it gets fixed.

I don’t recommend this place at all rooms from bávaro are very old and the smell is horrible try to change my room no success mini fridge leaks doesn’t work tvs keep going on and off in the middle of the night customers service forget about it most of the restaurants need reservations I got to the hotel app couldn’t get any reservations for my stay call the front desk they told me a need to use the app finally after many fights I was able to make reservations for 3 nights out of 6 that I stayed at this place

Beautiful resort, great beach, pools and activities and friendly staff. Room was lovely and though needed a little routine upkeep in the bathroom

Stay away from the staff in Green Shirts from Travel Club! They basically waste a lot of your time trying to sell you what is basically a time share. Also be prepared to get your steps in as everything at this resort is far from everything else. They need to either add more shuttles or add more amenities and good God I know it is in a spanish speaking country but why is it that almost every channel on the tv is in spanish and keeps freezing. I don't think I will be going back to that property. I have visited other Palladium properties in the past but this one was the worse go elsewhere.

The property is outdated and room service was not the greatest. Some days we had to request for room to have necessity items.

I was at the Grand Palladium in the Dominican Republic with my family and kids, and I must say it has been a deeply disappointing experience. From the moment we arrived, there was an issue with our reservations, and it took over an hour to get us to our room. The staff were incredibly rude, making it feel like they were doing us a favor just by being there. Every request we made was met with reluctance and disdain. The golf cart situation was especially frustrating. Despite being paying guests, we were informed that the golf carts are only available to new arrivals. This policy is incredibly inconvenient, especially considering the vast size of the resort. With young kids in tow, this made getting around the resort even more challenging. When I asked if there was any way to access a golf cart, the staff were dismissive and unhelpful. You will spend most of your vacation just waiting for a golf cart to get back to your room! Overall, the unwelcoming atmosphere created by the rude staff and the inconvenient transportation situation made our family stay at the Grand Palladium far from enjoyable. I would not recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant vacation experience, especially if you have kids. This is the first time I couldn’t wait for a vacation to be over! Restaurants were always completely booked and the only way we were able to make reservations, was to speak to a management. Room's needed repairs throughout.

Need better staff

The hotel is ideal for family relaxation, especially with young children. The food at all the restaurants and buffet is excellent. It has several pools and private beaches. The best part of the resort for kids is the Club Kids Palladium with Raggs, where the children have fun and learn. They are very well taken care of by the teachers. We especially appreciate Ozaidy, whose dedication and attention made our daughter’s stay much more enjoyable. She is the best teacher!

The property definitely needs upgrading especially in the rooms. Our room for 4 of us was not functional. The bathroom situation is terrible with no privacy including the toilet and no where to change. I have teenage kids and it was uncomfortable every time you need it to change your clothes. The beds are full size and the pull out couch is really a mattress on the floor!

we just got back from our 5 day stay and i must say this hotel exceeded everything i expected when booking . beach , people and food and the pools. every was so nice perfect everyone is super friendly , room was always cleaned, bars by the beach super nice and all the bartenders great service . we love the grounds and the childrens play area and pool. the buffets to the restaurants were excellent. kids had so much fun anf so did we . we enjoyed iur stay very much . thank you again we will be back most definitely soon!
