Was looking forward to a relaxing night away from the kids. Hotel room was dirty. One of the shower heads had mold on it. The club lounge was closed for maintenance or something but they were still selling lounge access. Food listed on menu was billed at a higher rate. Lots of hidden fees not listed on ordering room service. I understand there is a fee for room service but not 3 different fees. When I was brought my food with the receipt the entree I ordered was showing as $36.51 instead of the $27 it was listed as on their in room service menu. When I called to question it the lady informed me she wasn’t going to argue with me and I will be charged at check out.

Big respect for the staff name Victor Gonzales who made an effort to look for the shoes I left when I checked out. Thank you for the housekeeping people and the staff’s honesty and will definitely be back .

Unfortunately, the marriot we stayed one night and the water was not working in our room, the power went out and the air conditioning was not working. A pipe broke in someone else’s room on the same floor. Marriott said to speak with someone from hotels.com to receive a refund.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Free parking was a plus.

I’ve always chosen this location when I visit Orlando. You are next to the Seminole Wekiva Trail. I run, so having a peaceful place to run is important. There are great food options nearby. It’s a great spot to visit.

Beautiful facilities and room. I am an architect and notice details. The shower corner grout joints need repair and the iron sholud be replaced.

The floor in the room was not clean, the room very humid to the point of stinkiness, the sheets were too small for the mattress, mattress was shot, and if all this wasn’t enough, we got a call from the front desk at 3 am telling us that our car was broken into (we were one of 4 vehicles involved). Security is too lax, only one security guard to patrol inside and outside and no security cameras.

The out side could be a bit more clean. Other than that all good.

I really needed a relaxing evening before working the next day. Marriott delivered all of that and more. I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

Beautiful hotel. Clean and friendly staff.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this location. Quiet and clean. The only minor issues are the fact that the rooms somewhat smell damp and earthy (expected considering the humid environment of Orlando) and there were kids on our floor that were loud in the hallways (not a hotel issue perse)

The room was nice but there were ants in the bathroom. I put my computer on the desk when I started to work I saw ants on the screen. They came and sprayed the room

Nice hotel

We were incredibly pleased with this hotel. We were trying to find a place close to the airport but we found no good options. Going just 4 more miles away made all the difference in the level of cleanliness and comfort. The pool was fantastic and the options for dining were plentiful all in walking distance. If we are ever in this area we will choose this hotel again!

Easy stay and nice placr

There for a basketball tournament, had every thing we needed. Well kept property. M-Club was nice.

Staff was great. The cleanliness top notch. Slight insight, the rooms had a certain smell. Not pleasant but not so overpowering that couldn’t stay there. Suggestion to use freshener or some sorts.

The check in and check out attendants were not very friendly or personable. As we were going to our room, we noticed cereal all over the carpeting in the hallways and in the elevators. We went out and came back later and it was still there. The room was dirty. There was hair in the bathroom in multiple places and standing water in the tub. The AC did not work very well & the room, it smelled, stale and old. The bedsheets had a musky, moldy odor to them. The refrigerator in the room had a broken shelf for the freezer portion which limited the use of the refrigerator/freezer and the temperature of the items that we were in the refrigerator were not cold when we pulled them out the next morning. It was very noisy throughout the hotel and when we went to go to the swimming pool, the entire pool was occupied by at least 20 children and they took up the entire pool for hours, so we were unable to swim. I will not stay at a Marriott Hotel ever again. I never had this horrible of a stay at any other hotel.

Limited staff. Majority of the staff seemed frazzled or didn't care. The cleaning staff seemed happy, friendly and helpful though, so that was a plus. Food was ok. There is no breakfast room service, no complimentary coffee and no way to take the breakfast buffet to go.

The area around the property felt safe, it was quiet, and there were several dining options. The convenience of nearby highways made getting to other areas easy. There was convenient self parking and friendly staff. I totally enjoyed my stay and I will go back.
