Great restaurant on-site. Great location. Staff was awesome, room was perfect.

The food at Shula’s Cafe was good but the service was so slow that by the time the last of our party of 10 was served their food the first half of the party were pretty much finished. I paid the bill and everyone had left before I was presented with the bill although I had requested it over 20 minutes prior.

NO hot water in the bathroom. Constant clanging coming from the elevator during most of the night.

Clean! Comfy, beds are nice. Parking was free.

Buffet breakfast is ok, not great, but ok. Food was luke warm most days. Not the quality of food "Shulas" Delivers. This is the type of breakfast that should be free, when spending 200.00 a night. Free breakfast, are a thing if the past I guess in todays society. Dissapointed there.

Location was good. Staff was very kind and professional. Especially Tanasia, she was fantastic!

The shower did not stay hot, at all.

Definite problem with the hot water system. Showers were a challenge as the water supply alternated between too hot and cold.

Upon arrival, 30 minutes of time wasted trying to get room keys to work, went out to pool for fun, same situation... we had to walk around building to get back in hotel! In fact, our keys didn't work the entire stay (10keys total), at the pool entrance either, someone let us in. Aesthetically she's a beauty, frontdesk didn't direct us to our room/neither did he point out the directions of the amenities, poor welcoming. They have "free waters" in the room, but it's a trick because you'll be charged a $5 fee if you take the well branded waters lol. Hot tub had seafood in it.

I couldn't enjoy my free time because I was restrained to keys not working throughout my stay, had to keep reporting to front desk.

Water temperature varied dangerously from far too hot to too cold within seconds. Also the walk in shower leaked from the wall onto the floor and couldn't be used without creating a flood.

The staff was friendly and the location was good.

The room ran out of hot water in the evening before we went to bed and only one of us got a hot shower in the morning. The food at Schula’s was awful. On arrival we got calamari which was soggy and limp. Our breakfast was so bad it got comped.
