This hotel is beautiful!! I loved everything about it. Our room was clean and super comfortable. We had everything we needed. What I liked the best was the staff, they went above and beyond to be helpful. They helped us with tours and to plan our visits. They also heard it was my twins birthdays and sent the a gift and chocolates to their room. They made us feel at home and made our stay special. The location is incredible and don’t miss the breakfast it is the delicious.

Excellent hotel

A family run hotel (we were told the family now was 3rd generation), the Pas De Calais was a really wonderful experience. It offers the most perfect/central location, but still, the hotel is super quiet and tranquil... there's an air of discreet luxury, generosity, calmness - but also it's intimate, you sense that there's a family behind this place that guards the keys with fervour. I could stay there for weeks... we'll definitely be back.

The hotel was centrally located in PSG and was in walking distance to all the sights. Because it is a European hotel, the rooms were quite small, but otherwise it was very nice.

It's supposed to be a 4 stars hotel but it's definitely not. Poor breakfast, lack of workers, forgot providing shampoos, clean towels and toilet papers. The price is not cheap and you not getting value for your money.

The staff and the breakfast were excellent. It would be nice to have water every day in the room instead of just upon arrival.

the rooms are very small the bathroom is very Uncomfortable,there is not even a place to put the soap inside the shower. We had to ask for soaps and towels several times. The staff didn’t even put Water in the rooms,and when we asked they charged us for it. Over rated completely For that rate there were much better options.

What a welcome live green wall wall with living orchids placed throughout the installment. After walking around the city this hotel provides a beautiful and cozy spot to have breakfast. Additionally there is a reading nook with a fireplace to have a location outside of your room to rest and regroup. The bed in our room had beautiful linens and was very comfortable. The staff was incredibly gracious and hospitable and very helpful. The cappuccino was delicious . The elevator is for one person plus luggage and the walk up is very easy. A welcome retreat.

A very cute hotel. The room missed having any ambience but was very comfortable and the fixtures are all modern and in working order. The water pressure in the shower was practically non-existent just a slow flow that doesn’t soak, but typically French, which was the worst part of the room.

Location was excellent. Staff and service will all incredibly welcoming, competent and enjoyable. Special shout out to Jonathan for handling everything from arranging a dear friend's birthday dinner, providing superb restaurant recommendations, very early morning breakfast prior to an excursion and even assisting me with an electricity issue that was more about my own ignorance than an actual issue. Kevin was also a gracious host. Overall memorable stay I'd highly recomemend to all

Excellent staff, beautiful property, excellent location

We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. They arranged our airport transfers and everything went smoothly. The sights of Paris are within walkable distance and there are metro and bus stops as well. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Would definitely stay here again and will recommend this hotel to others!

Clean and well maintained hotel in a great and convenient neighborhood. The staff are wonderful and the breakfast is delicious. The rooms are small (as expected in Paris), but the hotel is great value for the service and neighborhood.

Sweet little Hotel in a fantastic location. Excellent breakfast. Room nicely decorated, but ours was absolutely tiny. So next time I will pay to have a bigger room. All in all, a really lovely place to stay in Paris

Excellent young and efficient staff especially Isabella our server at breakfast, which by the way was a complete continental breakfast with wonderful baguettes and butter, croissants, pain raisin and chocolate, brioche etc fresh French Coffee and squeezed Orange juice among other things. The property was lovely and well maintained but be forewarned there is only one small elevator so if you have a problem with stairs make sure your room is serviced by the lift. The bar was well stocked but no dedicated bar tender so you had to get the front desk attendant to get your drink, though they were very helpful and eager to please. I would highly recommend this hotel and hope to return.

It was great!

The hotel location was fantastic, and the hotel was overall very nice, however our room was extremely small and quite noisy since it faced the construction on the road. The bathroom was unfortunately so small that one could not use the toilet with conventional seating. When I mentioned it to the lady at the front desk, she was curt and suggested just we should spend more money to receive a larger room, even though we were VIP Members which had no benefits at this location.

Quiet hotel in a great location.

The prime, yet quiet, location in St. Germaine was ideal for walking or taking the Metro. The staff was warm and welcoming. Although our twin room was small, Paris was out the front door! We would book this hotel again.

Was very impressed by the staff, they were extremely friendly and accomadating. The rooms were well apointed. Breakfast was wonderful. Great location. Will definately be back.

Beautiful little boutique hotel with amazing customer service. Close to many restaurants and walkable to the Seine and the Louvre. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is a charming older property in a great area of Paris. however the floor in our room was not level and this gave me vertigo when I moved about the room. The staff were very helpful and amenities were great.

Great property, nice comfy super clean room, friendly knowledgeable staff. Breakfast was great. It is close to the best cafes in Paris and the metro station. Walked everywhere from there. Will definitely stay again.
