Very friendly staff. Nikki at front desk was amazing at check-in. Everything was clean. Breakfast was hot a and lovely as well. Close to IU medical and Riley's children's hospital. Quiet place to rest for families here with sick family in nearby hospitals.

We stay for 4 nights… first night walk into our room with out knocking, had to ask for conditioner, 2nd night after they cleaned it had to ask for more conditioner and towels, 3 day more toilet paper. Nice hotel but service of the room not so much.
Breakfast during the week was very week and breakfast on weekend was good but to late for us who had to be someone where by 8

Room smelled. Couch was disgusting. I do t think the hotel is very old, but has a run-down feel to it. Plenty of similarly priced totals in the area, I would recommend staying elsewhere

The breakfast was subpar for a Marriott. The coffee was lukewarm even after a new thermos was delivered. The eggs were exceptionally bad even by “hotel bag egg” standards. The bacon was undercooked and the yogurt had kind of a grainy texture.
I don’t usually leave bad comments but I think this would be helpful info to improve your morning breakfast. Otherwise, the hotel was comfortable and clean.

The guy working the desk at check-in was rude and very impatient. He talked condescendingly to me and without respect. We were on the 2nd floor and when we stepped off of the elevator the smell of marijuana was overwhelming!! We had to smell this all through the night. Not to mention, someone was bouncing a ball above us for 3 hours through the night. When front desk was called, nothing was done until another customer went upstairs and complained directly to the room bouncing the ball.

Front desk staff was pleasant. Breakfast left something more to be desired. Housekeeping def could be improved, found multiple black hairs in bathroom and shower from previous guests. Also, shower was very very very slow to drain and shower takes forever to get hot. The pictures definitely seemed deceiving I have to honestly say.

Extremely clean hotel that is well ran with amazing customer service. Was very comfortable and we were taken care of for the two days we were there. Pool, breakfast, coffee bar, and gym were on point. Cleaning staff was always busy ensuring the hotel was perfectly clean.

Staff is very responsive and helpful. Breakfast is mediocre but standard hotel fair. The mattresses are very firm. I left feeling crippled after 3 days. The staff tried to change my room but while the next mattress was softer it was still uncomfortably firm.

We had a guy on the night shift go above and beyond to give my son an extra blanket! He searched one out exactly what he wanted (a think comforter not the fuzzy blanket) and pulled it straight from the dryer!

The room/hotel was very clean and comfortable! Although I was surprised there was not a hair dryer or body lotion. (The hair dryer could have been accidentally taken by a previous guest.) The included breakfast had both hot and cold options. It would have been nice if the breakfast hours were extended to 10:00 a.m.

Staff were wonderful. Good breakfast. Clean room. Not noisy. Clean and tidy public areas. Much better than I thought it would be. We were very happy with the hotel. However, its location is too removed from stores, restaurants, gas stations, etc. The circle intersections nearby were not easy to maneuver. But these external things are not SpringHIll Suites fault.

I wish they had an earlier breakfast option so that we could have actually been able to partake in this benefit. We had to be leaving at 7:00 am on SAturday and Sunday for volleyball, and breakfast didn't start on the weekends until then.
