Location, Location, Location! The Staff was beyond exemplary. My only MINOR issue was the flushing of the toilet.

It is the best every hotel i lived in my whole life.. very luxury and fancy hotel , staff and location. Without any thinking it will be my only option in Paris.

The hotel is a Paris classic but needs some freshening up. Feels a bit dated and we were surprised at the foul smell coming from the plumbing in the bathroom. It smelled like a s enticed tank and the bad odor permeated the room as well. It’s definitely a deal breaker for us. I can’t imagine all the rooms smell like this.

Another wonderful stay at Park Hyatt Paris. The staff is always so hospitable and checks in to make sure if there is any way they can be more accommodating. The rooms are lovely with the most spacious bathrooms ever. Upon leaving we stored our bags because we had an evening train departure, upon picking up our bags we were informed my daughter had left her necklace in the room safe. We were very grateful for that as she had completely forgotten about it. Also they filled my daughters request to surprise me with champagne and sweets for my birthday. It was a wonderful stay. We will be back again next time in Paris!

Great location and a good room size for Paris. The staff were extremely helpful. The room quality/condition is very good, although the decoration of the room is slightly dated.

The soap is “vegetal” which is good but, the little individual bottles are not eco-friendly. I’ve noticed that many hotels are using dispensers in their bathrooms which seems like a better idea. Using products that are vegan and not tested on animals would be even better! I don’t know whether the Parc Hyatt’s products are or not. The hotel is a gem and a beautiful place to stay!

Park Hyatt Paris Vendome is a superbly located property in the heart of the 1st Arrondissement. Amazing shopping and restaurants are just around the corner.We were warmly greeted at the front desk and offered champagne and bar bites in the outdoor courtyard while our upgraded room received the finishing touches for our arrival. In recognition of my wifes birthday, we were provided a balcony room overlooking the courtyard. It was wonderful to sit outside and enjoy wine, snacks, or breakfast outside.Although not a suite, nevertheless the room was a comfortable size and had a real walk in closet. The bathroom was unique in that it had a wet room with a small sink within the shower. Never saw that before.Our only problem was the inability of my wife to log into the hotel WIFI with her iPhone, even though I had no problem. The staff made efforts to help, but without success. That never got resolved.Overall, a special hotel, amazingly professional and gracious bilingual staff, and a lovely splurge.

THE SUITE ARE NON SMOKING BUT MINE SMELLS VERY BAD ,THE CIGARETE SMELL WAS ALL OVER THE ROOM, THEY SPRAY IT AND SEND ME A COURTESY CANDLE, VERY KIND BUT THE SMELL STILL , IT A BIG HOTEL WITH A VERY NICE SUITE,

There was a strike going on by the housekeepers- it did not affect the cleanliness of the hotel but it was distressing going in and out of the Park Hyatt and often unnerving since the police were often there in riot gear and the people striking were playing loud annoying instruments. I wish we had been made aware of the situation prior to our stay. Also, the gym is being renovated and we were unaware. The hotel itself is lovely and staff very accommodating. Our room was beautiful.

Had to call two of 4 nights for housekeeping to focus on cleaning our room - including speaking with a supervisor that was not effective. Disappointing experience. Only when checking out did anyone seem to care - too little too late.
