Savannah was great

My stay at the Arc was amazing, the room was amazing it was the multi-room suite. The bed was amazing the shower was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the place was clean quiet and safe. My wife and I had been on the road for about 2 weeks and this was without a doubt the best night sleep we had during the trip.

The hotel furnishings are old. Internet is terrible. Hot tub didn’t work. Tv was awful. Old hotel needs a big refresh

The tube was stopped up when we showered other people dirt coming up the tub. And we asked for a new room they gave us toys to unstop the tub!

It was a fine hotel. I just stayed there for a quick night and I couldn’t ask for anything more!

So your website says that there is a hot tub and a heated pool and laundry facilities. The laundry facilities were taking apart. The hot tub had a note in it saying hot tub closed and the pool was ice cold

Place was excellent great area breakfast choice was great highly recommend it

we booked the hotel specially for the hot tub and pool. we got neither. very disappointed and not good value for the money we paid

It smelled old musty. It was so SWAMPY AND HUMID. It made the room uncomfortable. I woke up with body pains I never have. There was no shampoo and body soap the first night and the pool was cloudy and green.

Just quick overnight for a meeting next morning in the area. Room was nice except for musty smell that I did get used to after an hour or so. Bed was comfortable. Then I laid down and looked up and saw mold on the ceiling from apparent water damage from room above this one. I stayed and I lived but not sure if I’ll stay here again.

We had requested a king bed, but we got 2 queen beds. Smaller beds than we normally sleep in. We both tossed and turned all night long. Maybe got 3 hrs sleep!

The stay was nice, the only thing is I asked for stay o er service for my bedding to be changed and fresh towels. I took the DND sign off the door like front desk said before I left and came back hours later and room was not set iced. Other than that room was clean and stay was nice. I would stay again

Literally everything in the room was sticky. I checked out early.

The night clerk (a male) was AWFUL. We reserved 2 rooms and arrived around 8pm. One of the rooms had no working light when you entered. And then NO television that worked. I called and asked if he could help us and he laughed and said”he wasn’t a repair man” I told him it said it wasn’t connected to internet and he said he couldn’t give me the password. I asked for a different room and he said he can’t because then he couldn’t rent that room. The place was at least half vacant. I asked for management and he said it would be a couple days before I could talk to someone. We have stayed at the Arc at least 2-3 nights per month for the past 3 years due to our jobs. I will NEVER stay there again. I left messages for a manager as well….this was last week on Wednesday. It is now Monday and still no call back. Awful service and completely awful and disrespectful employee

The room was clean and we felt safe. The room had a mini fridge and microwave and a Keurig machine. The laundry facilities do not work. The hot tub is out of order. The pool was dirty and the water was warm. The ice machine on the second floor is out of order. The waffle machine was out of order. Breakfast was good, though, with eggs, sausage, biscuits& gravy, pastries and cereal. I think it must be hard for all hotels to compete for business.

Was a great place. Only reason for the 4 star is due to the room on this trip had an odor to it that wasn't normal. Otherwise it was great

Clean, friendly, comfortable bed, and plenty of hot water!!!

Everything was great except the lamp beside the bed had no bulbs and the one on the dining table came in and went off randomly on its own so my husband swiped a bulb from the bathroom so we would have a light in the room.

Everything was great , the breakfast was excellent. Very clean

The room was maybe flooded and smell so bad, carpet was very dirty and smelly. They even had a blower just laying in the hallway

I've been here a few times. It's a good price and the location is great. People are friendly and the rooms are clean and comfy.

It was peaceful, and the service was there anytime i needed them

None of the ice machines worked. Went down the first night to get an extra pillow. Rang the bell and nobody came. The room carpet felt gross to walk on. Had to keep shoes on. The room had a humid musty feeling to it. There was conditioner in the shower as if it hadn’t been cleaned before we arrived. The bathroom sink backed up.
