Staff were helpful and kind. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Only thing was the $250 hold. Too much for one night.

The elevator was broken 2 of the days we were there. We had to drag our luggage down from the third floor

The gal at the front desk checkin was super friendly and helpful. It was one of my best room / accessible I have had.

The room was fine except for the gap under the door that let in way too much light from the hallway and the pillows that flattened to almost nothing as soon as I put my head down. The service was excellent. The towels in the bathroom were the worst I have ever been forced to use. They were like sandpaper and worse than the garbage towels in high school gym class. If I ever stay here again I will bring my own towels and pillows.

Everyone was SO friendly. Was a great stay and we will definitely be back! Felt like home. Breakfast was delicious as well.

This was a great last minute booking due to a family emergency. Staff was friendly, and the property is clean and pet friendly. The breakfast is very good and served for a good length of time. We used the fitness room which was very well equipped. My only complaint is that we did hear a lot traffic from the highway (but it is a trade-off for being so close to it for convenience). There is a train track nearby as well which didn’t bother us. Others might be more sensitive to it. Overall it was a very nice stay.

This was a very nice stay and had some very nice amenities. Unfortunately, it was located at a busier-than-usual interchange. Many cars would rev their engines at the traffic lights after exiting the freeway. I had to use earplugs. Otherwise, it was very nice.

I was/am most upset at the deposit of $250 that I was charged upon check in. What a joke! I also did not receive two king size beds, they were doubles. The noise was ridiculous, as someone was cleaning carpets in the lobby outside my room at 10:45pm Sat. March 30, when I arrived!! I should have a refund! I will never stay at another Hilton Property again!!
