Location location location! Near everything you might need. Restaurants are well within walking distance. Nice hotel/motel. Friendly staff

The staff were polite and responsive. Upon checking in, we were sent to a room that was not ready - the door was open & linens were piled on the beds. The front desk staff immediately assigned us to another room, but this was inconvenient as we had to move our luggage around with us as we went from the first room to the front desk, then to the second room. The room we stayed in was not very clean. For instance, I had to wipe off the ledge above the bathroom counter as it had a layer of dirt & dust on it. My daughter washed the dark bronze fingerprints off of the white bathroom door. We were quite surprised to find, attached to the bathroom mirror, a list of many items in the room and the prices they would charge customers who stole the items. The air conditioning was inconsistent and not effective at cooling the entire room. Overall, we felt that this hotel was overpriced as it delivered motor lodge level of services.

Dirty and very run down.

This place turned into a hidden gem for my wife and me. Easily accessible, clean, quiet accommodations. Staff was courteous. Having a great restaurant attached to the hotel (The Vine) was delightful. One small complaint…in our two-night stay, for some reason, our bed was not made. But a small price to pay for otherwise great service! Looking forward to our return.

Nice weekend get a way!

The hotel was a good value and in a great location. They could improve the breakfast a bit. There was a serving tray labeled "sausage" that lacked sausage.

The room is clean and the front desk person is very helpful the include breakfast was nice and the price of the room it reasonable.

We stayed for one night before heading to MV. It was a very nice stay.

The property worked for what we needed. Walked to Island Queen to go to Martha’s Vineyard and then on our return we had dinner at the 99 down the street which was VERY convenient. Continental breakfast needs better coffee with real cream not owdered but you can make your own waffles and they had fresh fruit.

Everything was great

Meh. Toilet ran all night. Noisy. Room was very humid.

Close to everything. Spacious room with refrigerator and microwave. Breakfast included with room. Only thing that could and should be improved was the popcorn ceiling had visible patches. I would suggest completely redo the ceiling.

This was a last minute booking when my husband and o decided to stay an extra night and catch a Cape League Baseball game. The room was clean and comfortable. We had drinks in the bar area before heading downtown.

I love the location! the staff is super great as well. They greet you with a smile and when you need something they jump to it! Breakfast has improved as well:) Great job you guys, can't wait to stay again next summer!

I really enjoyed my stay here access to the beaches was awesome and the food at the restaurants were superb a amazing experience

Sheets were stained brown. There was a dirty facecloth hanging in the shower when we arrived. People were nice but the sheets were gross.

The property was fine, staff was great except for middle of the night when a car alarm was consistently on from 2 am until it drove away before 7 am!!!!!! Zero sleep! If we couldn’t sleep how did the staff get to sleep????? No one took care of the situation!!!! I was going to argue that I shouldn’t have to pay for that night but all we wanted to do was go home and sleep! It was horrible!!! Never again nor can I recommend this hotel with a clear conscience.

The hotel overall was very good. My room however smelled like someone had thrown up cheese. Unfortunately the hotel was full and I was given a spray to use to cover the smell which did help.

Walkable to The Queen Island ferry and restaurants.
