We were very disappointed in our room.
We were there for 3nights and never had room service come to us. I had to go to the front desk to get more towels. Our keys didn't work and, Also the microwave in our room caught on fire.
I wouldn't stay there again.

We initially walked in the room and noted a horrible wet/mildew smell. The room felt damp. The red chair in the room was dirty and we didn’t even want to put our clothes on it in fear of what may get on them. The first night was awful. Bed was hard and miserable and since room felt “damp” there was not way to sleep well. We paid for 3 days. After second night we went to desk to turn in keys. We let them know we were leaving a day early because it was so uncomfortable and all we got was an “OK”. They didn’t care one bit that we were miserable because they got their money.

We needed a quick overnight on the way to our destination. This room was comfortable, quiet and perfect for a night's sleep. Doors are outdoor entrance. The room was clean, beds comfy. The breakfast was a hot breakfast, eggs, sausage, pancakes, as well as cold cereal, oatmeal, muffins and coffee. Would stay again

Becky was absolutely phenomenal at check in! Even recommended tire places to help us out with some issues. Super clean property and room, nice, simple breakfast. Plenty of parking for my UHaul

Know that this is an older style motel, but the facility has been maintained in good working order. The room was in good repair and clean, the air conditioner worked great. We enjoyed the included breakfast and the staff was friendly. Definitely worth the price.

I feel that the photos advertising this property did not reflect that the room entrances were outside as opposed to inside the building. I wouldn’t have chosen this property had I known that. Also, in our bathroom there was no hair dryer, the anti slip mat in the tub was peeling off, there was no full length mirror attached to the wall like it fell off and was removed (the hinges were still on the wall).

The room looked as though it had already been lived in. The blankets of the bed were pulled at one side and the pillow looked slept on. There was a wet spot where someone potentially stayed, and the tv was on upon entering the room.

Requested a king size bed got a room with the king size bed the sheets were full of urine so they moved me into two queen size bed TV was was no good you couldn't watch TV because of the lines in it the continental breakfast is a joke very dissatisfied

Staff was rude. Tv was broke missing iron and blow dryer. Staff said they didnt have enough for e very room. Asked for 1st floor room because we are senior and were refused even though only a few cars in parking lot

Everything was great until guest in room next to us was not waking up to 4:30 am alarm. Called front desk at 4:45 am, said he would check into it. My husband called again. Man said his hands were tied. When my husband said he would just knock on the door. He was told we would be asked to leave because they couldn’t have us disturbing other guests even though we were the ones being disturbed. The man did show up, accessed room to wake up guest then rudely told my husband to get back in his room.

There were a few things broken in our room. The safe was tilting on the wall, which is very dangerous because it may fall on someone. The safety handle in the bathtub was broken. Everything else was pretty good.

Customer service was bad. Would not give a paper receipt. First night I stay there and they did give paper receipt. I rebooked for second night and next morning I went to pick up my receipt and check out and manager refused a paper receipt. Manager was very rude, disrespectful,

A big issue: after taking a shower, opened the bathroom door, the smoke detector went off. Happened to both people in the room.
Pro: Good location for why we came to Ennis.
Cons: No bread offered with breakfast. There was a toaster but couldn’t make toast to go with the eggs and sausage. No Kleenex in the room.
