The staff was very nice, however like many hotels these days, they do not offer room cleaning every day - i guess only if we request it, nor do they offer new towels every day

Updated exterior interior is old , hallways not clean, carpet is old and ugly. Rooms are noisy, and smell musty.

I noticed bugs in the room and this place has the worst Internet I have seen in a long time. It makes it very difficult to do work requiring Internet access for uploading and downloading files.

Upon our arrival, we placed the food we had purchased along the way on the kitchenette. However, not even five minutes into unpacking, my girlfriend opened the box of Crumbl cookies and found roaches crawling all over the cookies and food. I looked around and noticed the roaches under the sink, inside the microwave, and crawling on the wall. We were given a different room, but we made sure to check everything before we settled in. I will find another place to stay next year.

Very nice hotel in convenient location for the National Polka Festival. Would definitely stay here again. Hotel is very clean and modern in a nice area. However, breakfast could certainly have been better. "Powdered" eggs and fast food sausage were not very good. Also had to clean the breakfast table myself on both days I was there. Front desk staff were OK, but not overly friendly.

We were on the third floor and there was very little water pressure. The bed was very uncomfortable felt like you were laying on a board. It would have been perfect if not for these two issues.
