There is a fence around the entire first floor of the property which required a long walk with much confusion to figure out how to get into the hotel building. There is no signage to assist.

This was an emergency booking following a flight cancellation. It is right alongside Warsaw Chopin airport departures, so really convenient for an early flight.

This hotel is clean and comfortable. On site at the airport, just across the road from arrivals. Good shower pressure, decent hairdryer. Decaffeinated coffee provided with kettle.

I have not received the booked room, I got a smaller room. During check in I have not been told that I would receive another room. I discovered this after entering the room. The reason for for this other room was that I was traveling alone and I did not need 2 beds but I had to pay for it. Did not get a discount.

The location of the hotel is excellent for walking to the airport. The hotel was clean, modern and quiet. What most impressed me was the front-desk staff who helped us with a problematic car rental return. He offered to make several calls from the front desk to speak directly to the company in Polish to arrange the car return. We would not have been able to do this without his help. Thank you very much.

Our stay was pleasant. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.
I would not recommend the restaurant thou. The food is mediocre, portions tiny while highly overpriced.
Although I do plan on staying at the hotel again, the restaurant will not get my money again.

Very nice hotel located directly across from the airport. Would have been very nice to be able to go from the airport to the motel without walking through the rain. Also only had one key given to us not realizing we went to the room the key operates all the lights, so I could not leave the room without leaving my wife in the dark to do something. Ice machines were also on the fourth floor and our key only allowed us access to the third floor so that was a little bit annoying.

The air conditioning did not work properly. Walking in the room, the temperature was 25 degrees. I lowered it to 23, but it only reduced to 24.5 degrees. One area of the carpet by the desk was wet as if something was spilled. On the good side with the provided slippers I did not have to walk barefoot over the wet carpet.

No one help me with my luggage , I did travel with kids and had a stroller. Was super hard to get in to the elevator . Same when checking out. Better service needed!!

The only thing I would change is the refrigerator,
The refrigerator should not be in the closet gets overheated in the back and does not work properly, unless taken out of the closet. It’s just my personal opinion! Thank you

Really enjoyed my stay. The room was big, very comfortable bed and very close to the airport. Room service was fast and the food was tasty. Highly recommend this hotel.

It is right in front of the airport.
But the stuff gonna charge you for using any of their food or drink/water it the room. They have charged me $7 for taking small jar of juice and a bar of chocolate.

Hotel should serve bottle of water in the room not some empty bottle and look for water when you are very tired and no one is on the hollway to help you.
My bed wasn't make properly, bed sheet was hanging out one side.. This hotel is to expensive for this service

Beautiful hotel after renovation. The only issue is lack of ice machines on each floor. They are available only on the higher floors but the hotel key doesn’t allow access to those floors. So after a long travel day I spent 30 min walking back and forth trying to get some ice. Room service food can be improved (pretty bad food). Otherwise very clean and convenient hotel.
