It is at the convenient location to our business meeting and highway I-80. The general condition of the hotel and room is well kept. The staff for our check-in and free breakfast services are very friendly and professional. The only thing can be improved is the heater in the room, too hot when turning on even on low, too cold when turning off.

The building is kept clean and staff friendly and accommodating. They have a full on breakfast and kitchen area was clean and tidy. The price was right, only issue were the curtains. It needs a few touch ups but overall a good place to stay for the price.

Bed was very noisy and uneven

We booked because reviews stated this was a great place to stay in Elko this turned out to be bare minimum at best. The clock in the room was not set, the tv did not work - we were unable to change the channel, and the curtains were falling off and did not have the black out on one side. This allowed tons of light into the room while trying to sleep. We had a front facing room, so the parking lot lights were right into the room all night. Our extremely short stay didn't did not make complaining worth it but overall unhappy with the deceitful glowing reviews of this hotel. I would not stay here again and unhappy with what we paid for. I would also add that the detergent they launder with is overpowering at minimum. If you sensitive to smells and detergents this would also make your stay uncomfortable.

The folks working out front were great. The people running it so I could only assume not so much. The side door didn’t work. The laundry was broken. The AC for some reason quit working during the night.

The coordinates that expedia gave me, landed me on a dirt road seven miles from civilization and looking at a bunch of road building equipment. Not helpful. The room we were given had new flooring, but that couch has seen better days. It sags in the middle. Shower misted throgh the curtain so floor was wet when got out. Just put my towel on the puddle when i was done. Breakfast are was clean, plenty of food.

Overall, the staff were very pleasant and the room value was great. The landscaping and parking lot need some improvement. Good value for the area. The pet rate per day is the best in town.

The hotel room was filthy that the walls by the coffee maker looked like it had burgers on it. The bathroom looked the same. The floors were also filthy and beds were squeaky

This property has definitely gone down from when I used to stay here. It was so noisy and we had people running all up and down the hallways upstairs above us so at 7 o’clock in the morning, we were being woken up by children running everywhere. The toilet in our bathroom overflowed and the water spilled all over the floor and ruined two of my bags that were sitting on the floor. Whoever was working the front desk just wanted to offer us a plunger to “ Fix the problem”. I had to tell them that I needed somebody to come look at the toilet or they were going to switch us rooms. It was pretty disappointing because before when I used to stay here when I would visit family it was actually a very nice hotel. It’s sad what happens over the years.

Had a reservation through expedia for 3 days. At the end of the stay I was charged an additional day. When I asked about it through hotel and expedia was told it was due to fluctating rates. Will not be staying here again

At 3 am there was a group that was shouting in the hall way. It lasted over an hour and nothing was done. We also had bugs in our room and looked like the chair had not been cleaned in a very long time.

The rug had not been vacuumed and it needed to be shampooed. It was very dirty. The bathroom mirror had not been cleaned and there was an electrical problem with the light. Also, the bed skirt had not been cleaned. There was dirt and hair on it closet to the headboard. The shower was good.

There was No elevator and No More rooms on the first floor. No phone in our room?? It was Very clean and comfortable though. We would stay again If We could get a first floor room.

The hotel desk man Nasar was very helpful.

Property was dated and the rooms were small. Room service was supposed to come after the 3rd day of my stay which didn't happen. Trash piled up and caused small room to smell. Room keys became inactive every morning so I had to go see the staff to reactivate the key. Breakfast was decent and stocked. Staff was always present.
