Our stay was very good, the rooms were great and the pool area was very nice, our kids had a blast. There were a few service issues, we had to ask for pool towels almost every time we went down, also the breakfast was good but if you were not there early things were not restocked/refilled and they seemed to start closing up early some mornings.

IT WAS OK, room was pretty good, noisy .
Refrigerator made a lot of noise as well as when the heat was on, loud. Did not receive any housekeeping, we did use do not disturb a couple of times , but, no one ever checked if we needed towels or anything. All in all average stay, not overwhelmed.

My check in was terrible. The girl working the front desk was not helpful and rude. She gave me the wrong room than what i reserved and told me there was nothing she could do about it.

I used to stay at this hotel, many many times in the past. I got it be a great place for my family to spend the first night on our vacation. I know the place had changed drastically there was no evening social breakfast was absolutely terrible the front desk, woman Had the personality of a toad. It was terrible. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I will never stay at this property ever again. It is a very nice place, and some might even find it convenient. It is friendly, for sure.
But you broke a basic rule. You slapped on a "Misc charge" to my bill. For what? And you did not even explain why. My Expedia charge was $171 and change. Why did I get a receipt from you? The receipt should have come from Expedia.
And in any case, you charged me $176 something. Why? Where did the extra $5 come from?
Most importantly, at check-in time, your staff did not say a word about any Misc charges.
This is a complete no-no. So that's that. Hope you enjoy the extra $5. Never again at this hotel.

The property grounds were littered with trash. The back entrance smelled likre garbace and was littered with cigarette butts and trash. Our room had a broken window that was boarded up with cardboard. The back entrance hallway was dirty and the carpeting was disgusting. To top it all off, we were charged a parking fee that we were not told about. Hikton has really go e fown hill.

We were not give the room we reserved, and when we tried to rectify this we were told that Expedia sent over the wrong room reservation. They then told Expedia that there was no difference in rooms. We reserved a suite which states it has two separate rooms on both Expedia's and Homewood Suite's websites, but were given a studio suite which is all one room. The hotel then told us that they had no rooms available at what we booked ,and even went so far as to say that "we wouldn't have booked the room you booked at the rate you paid". Very unhappy with the lack of resolution, as we would have chosen a different hotel has we known we would not get the room we paid for. Will not book with either Expedia or Homewood Suites again.

The only thing we had an issue with was we were there 3 days with 3 teenagers and the pool was definitely not healthy for swimming, it looked like a swamp. They were pretty bummed to not be able to swim. Our room had damage to the refrigerator and stove that I took pictures of upon entry as I did not want to be held accountable for. Other than that everything was great. Extr towels requested for the 5 people we had in the room was handled very quickly. Overall, I would stay again but would check to see if the pool was swimmable before reserving. Breakfast was decent, but the line for the toaster was kind of long for a morning or 2, a conveyor belt toaster or multiple toasters would be super helpful. The airport right out our window was very entertaining if you enjoy airports and planes!

Would not stay here again! Rooms weren’t cleaned had to request service at 5 pm we stayed 4 nights and had one room service the entire time. Asked for a do not disturb for the door, they didn’t have one. No safe in the room. Breakfast was awful and they turned the lights off and closed the doors while people were still picking up food.

We liked the available breakfast every day. We liked the coffee 24 hrs a day. The pool was terrible and I'm surprised it wasn't clean. Staff were pleasant & helpful.
