My check in was terrible. The girl working the front desk was not helpful and rude. She gave me the wrong room than what i reserved and told me there was nothing she could do about it.

When you book your stay by expedia you are treated as a second rate and less important guest.

The only thing we had an issue with was we were there 3 days with 3 teenagers and the pool was definitely not healthy for swimming, it looked like a swamp. They were pretty bummed to not be able to swim. Our room had damage to the refrigerator and stove that I took pictures of upon entry as I did not want to be held accountable for. Other than that everything was great. Extr towels requested for the 5 people we had in the room was handled very quickly. Overall, I would stay again but would check to see if the pool was swimmable before reserving. Breakfast was decent, but the line for the toaster was kind of long for a morning or 2, a conveyor belt toaster or multiple toasters would be super helpful. The airport right out our window was very entertaining if you enjoy airports and planes!

Would not stay here again! Rooms weren’t cleaned had to request service at 5 pm we stayed 4 nights and had one room service the entire time. Asked for a do not disturb for the door, they didn’t have one. No safe in the room. Breakfast was awful and they turned the lights off and closed the doors while people were still picking up food.

We liked the available breakfast every day. We liked the coffee 24 hrs a day. The pool was terrible and I'm surprised it wasn't clean. Staff were pleasant & helpful.

Breakfast was basic, and not well refilled. First day there was only oatmilk available, second day 2 gigantic jugs of milk. Coffee was not properly refilled. Limited choices for breakfast, utensils and mugs were not properly refilled either. Seems like the staff responsible for breakfast was more busy texting and talking on the phone. I am a Marriott fan so this just confirmed my choice for future travel.

Very very clean!!! Room wasnt quite ready at check in time but inly had to wait about 10 mins. The only complaint was the toilet floater kept getting stuck so it wouldn't always flush. But otherwise very nice hotel and friendly staff!

The room was large, clean and quiet. I thought I would hear more airport traffic, but if I didn't open the curtains, I would not have known an airport was so close. Shuttle Transportation to and from the airport was quick and easy.

It was a place to sleep for 1 night. It looked like they were working to update/remodel a bit but our room (432) had a broken bathroom door and 2 bath tubs that didn't drain. Our family of 9 has seen worse but were quite disappointed for a Hilton at $300/night.
Also, the free breakfast ran out by 8am and we were told Hilton is no longer offering hot breakfast, they are transitioning to "breakfast taco bar". My kids would prefer eggs or a waffle over shredded meat. Will probably just book a mariott next time.

Incredibly convenient to Manchester Intl. The staff were friendly, efficient and hard working.The room was well appointed and comfortable. The woman managing the breakfast buffet the morning on 4/22 deserves special recognition despite the regulat person callimg in sick and having to keep the service stocked and organized, despite more than one professional sports team staying at the hotel in addition to the usual crowds. She deserves a medal.
