We had to stay in a hotel last minute and it needed to be pet friendly. This was a good option for us, and one of the cheaper but still clean ones that we found.

AC unit was overly noisy. Just stop on way to Southern CA.

Cheap motel along the freeway. Clean and convenient. Everything worked; A/C, heater, hot water, refrigerator, & tv.

The motel was close to the freeway and there were plenty of food options nearby. The employee that checked us in was helpful and even gave us dining suggestions. Redding was just a stop in the way and we were able to rest before moving on with our trip

The staff was unfriendly upon check-in. The towels in the room were dirty, and there was only washcloths. There were no bath towels. The bedding looked disheveled. It looked like it hadn’t been made.

We were canceled by the hotel last minute doe to their dated system that can't check in customers after a certain time in the AM even though it indicates no end time for check-in on Hotels.com. The staff at the hotel we talked to canceled our booking and directed us to Hotels.com to request for a refund. Hotels.com accused us of canceling from our end and said that they were unable to provide us any "flexibility" even though our money was fraudulently taken.

There were many smoking strange people on the property. They were yelling, smoking and even a little fighting at the night. I'd never come again to that hotel

Clean and nice pool.

Employees were great Weird room though the batteries in the remote were missing, all the water valves were turned off. My husband had to physically turn them on after I tried using the sink . Whoever stayed in the room before us either did something weird or whoever cleaned the room. If the water was off how was housekeeping able to clean the shower or sink? So we’re confused on that. I had to clean it myself definitely a hassle

First, the person at the front was sassy and kind of rude and then when we got our room, it was so dirty. The floor had not been swept the bathroom didn’t even look like it was touched. I couldn’t even shower because the shower looked so gross. I don’t know if I’d recommend this place

I enjoyed my quiet and safe stay

I like being away from the main city and yet being close enough to it to be able to go there and do shopping and things like that. Being out of way from the hustle bustle of the downtown area is better for me. I like being out of the way like this.

Front desk staff was professional. Our room floor was filthy - our feet turned black. Our room also had a hole in the wall.

Desperately needs steam washing !

We checked out as soon as we saw the room. There was no pillow cases on pillows which had stains on them, bedding was filthy and looked like someone peed on them. The shower was filthy. We would not recommend this place to anyone.

Close to gas, restaurants, and shopping.

Room was clean! Mattresses were a but old! Found the right “hole” and slept soundly! Not much outside noise!

My room looked like it had been completely remodeled. I found it cleaner than many far more expensive hotel rooms. Staff was friendly and helpful. I was able to park right in front of my room.

Shower pressure was low. Overall stay was great for the price.

Needs to be maintained, motel 6 has gone downhill. We won’t book again. We’ll only use Motel 6 for emergencies if no other motel is available.
