room doesn't have any refrigerator or freezer even office do not have any. I got some groceries that need to keep in freezer.

I was not checked it because I was told that I as too many questions. I was requesting upper floor but the lady at the front desk didn’t give me. She wanted to give me a room on a far corner, which didn’t feel safe (just a weird feeling) when I asked for a different one (many were open) she refused. …I cancelled the reservation but went to my car prayed about it… I humbled myself and said that I can take the room that she offered, she changed the mind and said she didn’t want me to stay there. Well, I was respectful, didn’t disrespect her in any way. But oh well… I’m glad that I left. Better place God had for me that night.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows didn't hurt my head. The hot water didn't get hot until the last day I was there. For it to be as cold as it was, encountered several bugs. The base of the shower floor was absolutely disgusting. They need to use a Mr Clean magic eraser.
I have proof of the shower floor being horrible but the app won't allow me to upload the pictures...

AVOID FOR SURE. WORST PLACE. It smells cigarette even if it’s non smoking. Both rooms smells dirt, humidity and cigarette. First room was not cleaned. Beard hair in the sink, trash in the trash can. Beds were uncomfortable, sheets were stained and smells bad. All the TVs are so old there was many big white spots making impossible to watch anything. Pool was closed. Hotel reception almost yelling at us because we were complaining to have a dirty room. We booked a DELUXE king bed room and due to overbooking we got a regular Double bed room … we didn’t stay and lesve immediately. Reslly stange people living there and moving around. We feel really unsafe there

The first room we got was extremely smelly. We eventually got another room that didn't smell. This hotel has no breakfast or hot water for coffee. No fridge or microwave. It's terrible. Don't stay here.

I asked could I check in early at 8 in the morning for them to tell me no rooms is cleaned I waited 2 hours just for em to tell me the room they wanted me in ain’t clean just for me to pay a extra 30 plus 45 dollars so I can upgrade my room n check in early for that room to be dirty as well they also had bed bugs in that room bc I got ate up the bathroom also was dirty hair all in it left over soap scum just a no for me

I have booked non-smoking room and they provided smoking room. The room is of smoke smell. It was terrible to stay with family in that room. When I informed this in the receptionist, they informed that they don't have non-smoking room at that time.

Piles of dead and live bugs in corners of the room and bathroom. Used dirty wadded up wash cloth left by someone else in the bathroom. Mystery markings and funk in the shower. No noise barrier to people coming and going all hours of the night. Dogs barking. Worst motel stay ever. Never coming back. Forfeited our paid nights and left early.

The place was run down but spruced up as much a DYI would allow. The room and bath were spotless, towels clean, the furniture was limited but comfortable, the staff helpful and friendly. If you are looking for an inexpensive but clean place to stay, this is perfect.

There was a horrible smell in the room, to the point where it was unbearable to be there. I believe it came from the pipes in the bathroom, the toilet wasn’t flushing properly also. I get it that it’s not a five star hotel, but that’s not an excuse to take money for such a bad smelling room.

We did not stay as there was no where on site or them explaining that there was a deposit until we got there. That is a bad business practice

Good: Comfortable bed. Expressway is nearby but I didn't notice the noise. Clean room and bathroom.
Bad: Wi-fi speed was less than 1mbps everywhere I tried it, even at night. Sheets were old. I was allergic to something (unsure if it was from nature outside or something inside).

The guy at the front desk was really nice but it would be a good idea for them to mention you have to have a deposit before purchasing the room. The room had a smell and the toilet was used and was not flushed so it made me feel like the room was cleaned properly before putting another guest in it. I wanted to request another room but they were full for the night. I will never choose this location again.

Our room had no fridge or microwave, and even with the deadbolt we had to latch our doors shut. We didn't feel safe sleeping in the room. The front desk staff was very dismissive, and even though my room was paid for they charged me an extra deposit. It was a huge hit on my budget for my trip.

When I arrived there was a very unpleasant smell in my room.I wanted to leave as soon as I got to my room. I also found clothes hung up in my room which I assumed was from a previous guest..missed by housekeeping. Up until the time I checked out it was still there.. I found cockroaches in my room. This might be a place for you to rest for one night..sadly I was there for 3:/

I couldn't understand the check in people. There was no hot water in the shower. When I told them they gave excuses like so many apts. around. It was not very clean and I will never, ever stay there again.
