Ok stay other than booked for indoor pool which was out of service. They said it was on the website but who checks that after you book.

my car got broken into and there was no video footage. The hotel did not seem to care. There were 5 cars that got broken into that night and the hotel just said that sucks basically. The hot tub was broken but there was no sign saying that until after they saw my kids playing in it they had someone come put a sign up. The breakfast was additional price but was the same food you would see at a continental and for the prices the hotel room was it should have been free. I will not be staying there againi.

The hotel stay, itself, was fine, but the service we received for our conference was disappointing. The food catered was barely enough to qualify as a meal. Water was not refilled during dinner service. Overall disappointing.

Everything was very nice but the AC in our room was weak and were a bit uncomfortable all night. Outdoor temps were only in the mid to upper 80’s. I’d hate to stay there when the temps are in the 90’s and 100. The front doors were broken and entry was thru an inconvenient side door.

We have stayed here a couple of times when we are town for projects but this time there was a terrible smell in our room and the humidity was terrible. We did tell the front desk and they assured us they would address it.

Overall great experience! The hot tub and pool were fantastic, the staff was amazing and friendly, and the hotel was overall very clean!

The place itself was beautiful but the older man at the front desk with glasses was a shameless racist. To see how he treated my boyfriend and other families, was appauling. I checked out immediately and found a new hotel for the remainder of my trip

This is our second stay at this location. It’s conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants. Very nice experience overall.

The room was very nicely kept, in fact the entire hotel is very clean and well kept. The service was friendly and there are plenty of dining options within walking distance or just a short drive away. I would definitely stay there again next time I have business in Temple TX.

The hotel, conditions, and staff were great. Our only complaint was when I reserved a room 4 nights earlier, it never got made. I went through every step, even with my card number, and usually I'd get a confirmation in my email. I checked my email the morning of and there wasn't a confirmation. I tried again that morning and this time I did. Whether you can or not reserve a room should be provided at that time. FYI the website said there were 5 left.

Good service, but the rooms are fairly old. The walls were fairly knicked, mirror in bathroom had something on it, and the vanity area in the bathroom was rusted. The pictures don’t show the true age of the property.

The sever at breakfast is what makes the entire trip. She is so incredibly kind and goes above and beyond to make your day. The hotel is clean, and up to date, the only complaint is that the beds are HARD.

I was very disappointed with my stay. We I went to the restroom I noticed it was not any tissue, called to the front desk for them to tell me I had to wait because the front desk person was busy so my son had to go get the tissue for me. Then I woke up this morning getting ready to take my shower and noticed there was not any face towels. They gave us a free breakfast voucher for not having any tissue in the bathroom but they could have kept that because the breakfast was cold and nasty, the toast was even stale.
