The noise from the highway is super loud! As a result, I could not fall asleep until 3:30- 4:30am. It is really unbearable. I would never stay there again bc it is that loud. No free breakfast. Parking is okay, but some parts are not well lit. I think there are better options in Bristol or even a few miles out of town.

I've stayed here 3 times in the last year and it's a great hotel. Great loacation right off the highway, nice staff, free & safe parking. I'd stay here again.

Property is rundown. Cosmetic improvements were made but only on the surface. Not worrh what I paid. Not sure Mr Marriott would approve.

It was a very good stay. Very nice room. Bathroom very nice. Sink in the bathroom!!! Staff very friendly. Will definitely stay again.

No one was ever at the front desk, pillows where from the 60s. A/c didn't work well. 0 stars. Pool green and cloudy. Couldn't personally check out due to no staff. Person at cafe disappeared like she was a magician. Couldn't even complain

I always choose this hotel because the location is ideal. However, we stayed in room 225 and there was some issues. The hotel door we had difficult getting it to lock. Safety issue, right! I did report to the manager. The bathroom door was hard to open and close. I did report to the manager. The white curtains had red stains on them. You can look at the pictures. I always take pictures so that they can't charge me for incidentals that was already there. I did report and show all of my pictures to the manager, Larry Rushing, on duty. He did thank me for making them aware of all the issues. Hopefully the repairs will be made before they rent the room again.

We came to Bristol for the Birthplace of Country Music Museum. The hotel was clean, quiet, comfortable and reasonably priced.

Indoor pool was nice cold 68 degrees. Hot tub jets barley worked. Staff was very nice.

Horrible room right next to highway which you could hear all night!
We wondered why the tv was left on when entering the room, it was so you couldn’t hear the highway. Deceiving
When we came back after dinner got into bed turned off the tv all we heard was the highway.

Hotel very nice lobby area. No free breakfast. Staff very welcoming. Room was average somewhat small. Bathrooms clean except or some shower remodeling that needs to be attended to. No hairdryer. Overall average and safe for overnight stay.

Great stay at Courtyard in Bristol, Va. Clean, nicely appointed room...really liked the balcony even if it did overlook I81. Would've liked to have had a couple chairs outside. Room was large, comfortable. Hotel had nice bar area, dining area. Service was friendly and helpful. Very good one night stay...highly recommend.

Nice hotel but the location isn’t very nice. There are limited food options nearby. Staff is extremely nice and helpful. The hotel feels humid inside and our room felt musty. The room was very clean and the bathrooms are large and nice. I just didn’t like the humid feel. They may need to have the air conditioner running all the time in the rooms.

There was soda everywhere in the elevator and these clowns didn’t clean it until the next day! The front desk girl tried to say it was because they were short staffed! SORRY LADY!

Indoor pool water was cold because heating unit was broken, outside firepit was broken, the back open area was overgrown and water features looked like hadn’t worked in years

No trolley to get luggage to room for a 66 year old and wife with disabilities. Front desk guy searched but could not find any. Had to make about 6 trips from car to room. Never again!

Rooms were good. The noise from the highway right beside the hotel is awful. If you live in the city you'd probably be fine but for us that live in the country... listening to cars and semis drive by the hotel all night doesn't make for a very good night's sleep.
Also surprised breakfast was not complimentary.... it's the first Marriot I've stayed at that didn't. Breakfast was a little pricey for what you get... IHOP was a much better choice our second morning.

The room was clean. There were several great restaurants close by. Easy access to the Interstate.
