Property is in a great location with many shops and restaurants right outside the door. Being physically handicapped was difficult for me to use bathroom facilities. Another room was not availble

Charming old hotel right in the old town. Very easy to get around. Taxi drop off is at the end of the block. Breakfast was good especially the coffee!!

Great property in old town Tallin. There are many restaurants and shops around. Our room had a sauna which was really nice. This room's option for a separate bed was one of those pull out chair types which may lead you to want multiple rooms if a double bed alone won't meet needs.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. If you’re looking for a vintage property, but with modern conveniences were at matters, this is your spot. Great air conditioning, water, pressure and water temperature. Morning breakfast with very good. I would definitely stay here again.

DO NOT STAY IN THE SIDE BUILDING. I was kept up all night by the bar next door which shares a wall with the hotel. I could feel the vibrations of the music until 4am even on the week nights, not to mention the yelling and screaming of drunk people in the street. The room itself was fine - basic, but comfortable enough, but I didn't get a wink of sleep. Very frustrating.

The room was really big and comfortable especially because of the air conditioner.
Breakfast was good and the location is very good. But there is also downside because of the location, there's some nightclubs in the street and it can be heard during the night.
The hotel is located in two buildings which are old. We were travelling with baby and trolley, it was a bit challenging couple of times but we managed.

I arrived at 4am due to a much delayed flight. The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. Hotel is in a fantastic location and has old world charm. I'd stay there again.

The was room was clean, but a bit worn. Shower didn't drain very well, so a quick shower to avoid flooding the floor.

Wonderful location for getting to the winter markets, shopping and restaurants. It is located exactly where you want to be. Primary downside is how dated the hotel is and therefore rather cold inside. Also transportation can not reach the hotel for dropoff or pickup. You will need to walk about 300m with your luggage.

It’s such a great deal to stay in a fabulous room at such relatively low price ! My daughter was tired when we arrived at night but she immediately felt so refreshed when she saw the room. Thank you so much for assigning that room for us. Great location, tasty buffet breakfast, nice receptionists. We will definitely come back in the future !

Unique and did not like the same thing. The room was not in the main hotel building pictured in the hotel info online. The room was in a different building across a small street and across from a strip club. Oh well, the room was very nice though.
The area was in the center of historic Tallinn however and that was very good. I would stay there again but would ask for the main hotel building.

We stayed in the new wing and the windows were facing the yard rather than street, so wonderfully quiet. But the windows looked good enough to cope with the other side if needed. The room is nice and spacious, and the bed is good. Great breakfast, very nice staff. The only thing that may be doesn't quite say 4 stars is the bathroom. It's clean and functional, so it's not "bad" in any sense, but it needs a facelift in terms of design, towels, and toiletries.

Our room in the old building was NOISY! Hotel is close to bars and all the noices (screeming and yelling) reached our room till 3am! We were promised another room but as personnel changed in the lobby, new person was not willing to change our room. Also, I was supposed to have late checkout which did not work either. I do not recomment this hotel. Service in not as it should now-a-days. Service is like from russian time.

I would absolutely recommend this hotel. The beds were super comfortable, too, which is not always the case when staying in hotels. Breakfast was superb, the location was perfect, and the staff was attentive and informative. Perfect stay!

Great location but cannot recommend. Unfortunately the charm of this hotel stops at the lobby. We stayed here for three nights. Originally was booked into a classic building room. This was unfortunately directly over a nightclub that stays open until 4am+. Felt like trying to sleep in a disco. Reception was able to move rooms to the historical side for the remainder of the stay. However the quality of the room was well below 4*. For nearly 90€ a night it was shocking how poorly upkept it was. The shower temperature was completely inconsistent going from extreme heat to freezing. The cleaning as well was under par. We've stayed in many places around the world and Estonia was lovely, but I would not recommend staying here.
