A bargain but you get what you pay for. We travel with our own pillows, a blanket, earplugs and eye masks. Used them all.

Room stinked like cigarette. Heater was not working.room was dirty. Their was even cigarette buds in the room.

Room was standard, can feel the spring of the bed, not enough towels.

The people at the front desk have always been very polite. When I need a quick, cheap flop, I've gone there. I've stayed at the property a few times - twice a conflict or other disturbance between guests has disturbed me. Once someone was sleeping/staying in a staircase.

Neighbors were loud. Vehicles revved engines in parking lot all night long. Pool was green and slimey. People left bags full og garbage in parking lot.

It was really dirty. I think there was a Pubic hair on the counter, it was black- my hair is red. The counter where the desk area was really dirty. There was something sticky on the floor near the bed. My neighbors were really loud, talking loud all night. Someone messed with my door a few times. And someone was running back and forth outside my door. Other customers look questionable.

This is probably the most disgusting place I’ve stayed. The bathroom was filthy. The toilet wasn’t cleaned and have urine in it. I ended up packing up and stayed at a holiday inn down the street. You get what you pay for.

This motel was okay but the a/c was not working it was not pleasant to sleep in a hot room. Also the ice machine was not working and we had to buy ice packs. The amenities were very poor, we decided to leave early and we found a hotel closer to our airport departure.

Upon arrival an officer was arresting a homeless individual for disorderly conduct. I checked in and got my room key for room 242. I went to my room and had to climb over a homeless person shacked up at the foot of the stairs like it was their home. They started to complain saying how come I woke them up when i stepped over them. I immediately did not feel safe. I put my key inside to open the door and the key did not work. I went back to the front desk and got a new card. It did not work again so i called the front desk and waited half an hour to have somebody come to my room and tell me that someone was either inside my room sleeping or the door was malfunctioning. The staff told me to go back to the front desk to be given another room. I grab my suitcase and walk all the way back to the front. Then they tell me that im going to be assigned room 241 the room right next door. So for the third time I had to walk to the front desk and back all the way to the back of the building passing homeless people sleeping all along the parking. I will never ever stay at a motel 6 again. It took over an hour to get into my room after driving 8 hours from Los Angeles to santa rosa. horrible conditions horrible service.

Room reeked of cigarettes.

Property is conveniently located close to highway, shops and lots of restaurants. The property itself needs to be remodeled, holes on road need to be patched, garbage (old mattresses) need to be removed from outside of property, doors with holes inside units need to removed, linen that has stains of blood, food and cigarette burns need to be thrown out, old fridges need to be replaced, walkways and stairs need to be cleaned. For over $100 a night this place is not worth it and I do not recommend to anyone until the above conditions improve.

In the first room I found a bug on the bed just pulling back the sheets the second room there was a stain on the top sheet so I threw all the sheets off the bed good thing I brought my own blankets..

The service and people are so sweet and amazing. However, the neighbors and some of the hotel equipment didn’t work ( HVAC unit only pushed out cold air.)

I arrived from out of town and needed a room for 1 night. I had already booked a room for the next night somewhere else and arrived a day early. I’ve stayed at other locations so, I assumed this place would be pretty much the same. This location had no hot running water in the sink. Luckily I had some hot water in the shower. The blanket is so thin it’s more like a sheet. You should bring an extra blanket if you’re planning on staying here for the night. Front desk service was basic.

Wonderful check in. Convenient location. Clean rooms. Could use some deep cleaning. Very pet friendly. Plenty of parking.

Big,old, grouchy check in staff

It is a motel six. I’ll say I did have an issue with the A/C and they actually came down real fast and fixed it. 👍

>first night Thursday, noisy drunks in parking lot. 2nd night lost power for hours. No wi-fi. Power restored but no wifi. 3rd morning, still no wi-fi. Office said they can't fix it until Monday. I did not stay 3rd night, Saturday. Office was then locked up and everyone was putting there cards in the office slot. Never had a worse stay.

The hotel was closed when we got there with a number to call to schedule a different motel 6, we go there, they say since I prepaid I will have to call this other number spend 15 mins in this sketchy parking lot for them to tell me sorry I prepaid but I’ll have to pay again if I want a room for them to charge me $50 more that I paid originally. It was midnight I just wanted to go to bed after being out in the sun all day but I will never book online again and the hotel room was dirty with no coffee pot but I could get over that if I didn’t end up $300 into a hotel room

A comfortable bed, quiet room and and lots of hot water, but overall a pretty tired hotel that could use a lot of upgrading. That being said, it served its purpose for a one night stay.

It was convenient to highway. VERY stinky, red stains in/on bathtub. Mattress was very uncomfortable. Light from outside walkway all night long. A very poor nights sleep.

I needed a place to sleep after visiting a client in town. It served it's purpose. Nothing more.

Floors were very dirty, only two towels in the room and even asked for more said that’s all we get because of low stock (4 people on the reservation)

did not like people playing Very Loud music and partying in the parking lot and them letting their dog loose outside. It barked constantly. You think management would have put a stop to it.

For the price, this is as expected. Bare bones, very simple room. I rate it high because it is VERY clean! So smart to have laminate flooring! The one ghastly element to these types of hotels, for me, has been the disgusting carpet. Not so here. Shiny sparkling clean throughout. The people who work the place are sweet also. The woman who checked me in was courteous and efficient. I am sorry I did not take her name. Checkout was equally friendly and professional. I will go there again.
